Patrick Moore, PhD., former Greenpeace co-founder, now "The Sensible Environmentalist", gave this presentation at the Doctors for Disaster Preparedness Conference in Tucson, Arizona, July 20, 2019. The "Big Pharma" insider asserts that false positive results from inherently unreliable COVID tests are being used to manufacture a "second wave" based on "new cases."
