Isabelle is an well educated French lady living in a small village in the south of France. She shares her powerful distain for the French President, Macron and alludes to his talk of "European Sovereignty" which does not exist. It seems that Macron's authoritarian streak would be a good reason for his rejection in the upcoming French election. But has the system be captured completely by powerful oligarchs?
