When Charles Michel, the head of the European Council, and Ursula von der Leyen, the head of the European Commission, entered the press room, there was one chair for the Turkish leader and one for the European leader. And so Charles Michel sat down. After all he is the leader of the assembly of the heads of government and thus the European leader. Or is that von der Leyen? Does one know?

It's all damn complicated. Who leads what in Europe and who is answerable to who? Desperate feminists decided that the gender decided who got the chair and that Ursula von der Leyen was outpatriarchied by Michel and Erdogan. Sure enough Erdogan could not know in advance that she would enter the room later than Michel. But he could know and did know that he could totally expose the lack of understandably defined responsibilities and accountabilities in the EU.

In Washington D.C. the Uber driver Mohammed Anwar was murdered by two car-hijacking teenagers in the most brutal, revolting and meaningless fashion. Who is to blame?

The easy answer is society. Everybody but the murderers could have provided better education, welfare and whatever the left-wing wish list of the day asks for. How convenient. But the easy answer is, 'the girls and the girls only.' The charm of this answer lies in the ease of ignoring the left-wing wish list. With two easy answers I was prepared to record a short video, but it became a long one.

The tension between individualism and collectivism is felt in every school of thought. Even Muslims insist on individualism to vaporize their responsibility. No group should be judged for the acts of an individual. Blame the suicide bomber! Or whatever is left of him.

And while the left-wing wish list is the only go-to for the public in the age of "liberal" media hegemony, an honest search for the remedies of our societal problems is neglected. The signs of cultural decay are written on the wall. Crime as well as professional, financial and reputational insecurities cause high levels of stress which in turn breaks down families and leaves frustrated singles unable to find their matches. The gender confusion (not to be confused with actual queer people) has gotten so badly out of control that even gay (and mostly left-wing) journalist Glenn Greenwald scratches his head. And amidst the exhaustion conservatives wonder whether 'everybody for himself' still holds all the answers.

To illuminate the subject, I discuss the case of a sociopathic murderer who was an elected member of parliament in Berlin. His victim died either of his brutal beating or his strangulation. The murderer Gerwald Claus-Brunner electrocuted himself to death five days after the murder.

A new data protection bill was accepted by the shared committee of both chambers of the German parliament (Vermittlungsausschuss, consolidation committee). The bill is therefore highly likely to become law. And as all newspaper articles pointed out immediately the effort serves one purpose and one purpose alone: to remove the legal obstacles to another hate speech law.
Fortunately the law will be unpractical for the purpose. in the video I will run you through the details.

On the 9th of March Angela Merkel held the 13th Integration Summit (German: 19. Integrationsgipfel) which in part established and advanced her 'national action plan for integration' (German: NAP-I, Nationaler Aktionsplan Integration). The organiser of the event is Germany's Secretary for Integration (German: Integrationsbeauftragte) Annette Widmann-Mauz. 300 groups attended the summit among which there were eleven federal ministry's and 75 "migrant organisations," i.e. immigration lobby groups.

The goal is the coordination of existing policies across all political level, from local community to the federal government. Additionally around 120 distinct policies are to be developed in four or five working groups (German: Themenforen) in each of the five phases of the plan.

But heart and soul of the integration is, of course, the fight against racism which is the only reason why specialist professionals stay out of the country and migrants already inside the country don't live up to their full potential. Family Minister Franziska Giffey confirmed her ambition to introduce a bill to support her 'Living Democracy' slush found (German: Demokratie leben!). The future law will be aptly named Defensive-Democracy-Promotion Law.

Germans will also see a lot of affirmative action both in the public and private sector. A diversity strategy program for the healthcare system in the state of Saarland is set to be rolled out nationally ...

A Chinese newspaper („Chinesische Handelszeitung“) with a focus on news around German-speaking countries has found mission and purpose in being offended by a children's book. It contained the "racist" statement that the Covid-19 virus came out of China. The outrage errupted in protest letters that denounced the "disinformation" and demanded an apology. The Chinese ambassador's envoy for the city of Hamburg got involved. A manual how to protest German companies appeared on WeChat. Yet, publisher Carlsen stood the ground ... no, of course, they didn't. They promised to change the book and to destroy all printed copies that have not yet been sold.

The NGOs 'front-lex' and the 'Legal Center Lesvos' sue Frontex over alleged "pushbacks" in the Aegean Sea. "Pushbacks" are situations in which a Frontex ship forces a migrant-filled dinghy into the Turkish waters where they came from. The agency denies the allegations and they must because according to EU "law" (treaties) every stranger is free to start expensive long-winding legal asylum cases that must be decided case by case. Stopping strangers from coming into EU member states is thus almost a crime in and of itself.

The legal case stands on a shaky ground, though. The main argument is that "pushbacks" violated the principle of non-refoulement which is the prohibition to deport somebody to a place where he is persecuted. Turkey is not such a place.

Frontex is by design a weak agency and the reason for that is the nature of the EU itself. The European Union does not admit to be a nation because evil "nationalism" is the scare the Eurocrats need to dissolve the old nations on EU territory. Therefore Frontex can only be a supplementary border control agency aiding national border security efforts. And despite its limits as information sharing and lend-and-borrow hub, frontex officers are obsessively lectured on the dangers of breaking human rights all the time. Additionally, the agency has the mandate to hire forty 'fundamental rights officers.' An obligation they have been smart enough to ignore.

The second allegation of the legal note is the obfuscation claim. If any meaningful engagement is quasi illegal, then reporting on it by Frontex members of staff is frowned upon. Hence, since everything is a human right or a violation thereof, a reporting system is baked into the structure of the organisation. The distrust against the light-weight, low-power agency was met with the promise of an almost religious repentance mechanism. This promise was probably also not kept.

OLAF, the anti-corruption agency of the European Union, has searched the office of Frontex Director Fabrice Leggeri and his assistant Thibauld de la Haye Jousselin already on 2020, December 7. Emily O'Reilly, EU ombudswoman for everything, is investigating the claim of a lack of transparency.

The logic of 'front-lex' and 'Legal Center Lesvos' is that border control should vanish if it does not live up to the aloof standards of the EU treaties and directives. But not law enforcement must be abandoned to accommodate stupid paperwork, it is the paperwork that needs fixing. Unfortunately, it means addressing our infantility culture that is unable to weigh the risk of destabilisation of the Western world and the subsequent drop of life expectancy for mankind across the world against the occasional tragedy of the sinking dinghy on the Sea.

The Green party (currently polling at around 18% and culturally far more influential than that already suggests) have written a manifesto in which they demand the inclusion of anti-racism into our constitution Grundgesetz. Article 3, section 3 is to include the goal that 'the state guarantees the protection against all group-oriented violations of the equal dignity of all human beings and works towards the abolition of all existing disadvantages.'

Additionally a new Federal ministry is to be set up for 'social cohesion,' which will most certainly have the exact opposite effect because it is to focus on anti-discrimination, women, immigration, queer, disabilities, family, seniors, youth and "democracy." Of course, this shall not take away from the already existing sinecure offices because those issues were supposedly cross-sectional and must also be dealt with on all other legs of our balooning state administration.

More in my video.

While we still struggle with the very real consequences of the Covid-19 epidemic and our responses to it, our elites think ahead already. John Kerry (US special envoy for climate) and Ursula von der Leyen (President of the EU Commission) are on record portraying your struggles as a 'chance' or as an 'opportunity.' They gave their two cents at the World Economic Forum which pushes the Great Reset.

And while this sounds just as callous as they are, they have really only arrived at the logical end of their ideology. Your life must be reset unless you want to continue living with all your "wrong" decisions. In the eyes of the all-truth-hogging elites, people who wish to conserve their "backward" lifestyles do this for one or more of the following four reasons.
1. They are dumb.
2. They are crazy.
3. They are evil.
4. They are dependent on the false paths taken in the past.

At the first glance the only-good-no-bad choices like 'green', 'renewable' or 'clean' energy are only refused by monsters. After all there can be no discussion of negative effects of various technologies. They are perfect. And some left-wingers have spent decades finding the villains in soulless corporation, inanimate objects only frequented by people with jobs. The soul of the world is already bound in trees, nature and the planet.

But some left-wingers have found clemency in the concept of "path dependency." It suggests that the change to the only-good-no-bad option were too big. Now, with costs running out of control anyway, their opportunity has come to convert the benevolent, yet previously stubborn, to pure perfection.

Meanwhile the underlying current is speeding up. The reassurance of the left that the time for only-good-no-bad options has come can be read in innumerable international treaties and, if you are German like the organiser of the World Economic Forum and the mastermind of the Great Reset, you hear it literally everywhere and all the time. And it concentrates itself in one word: sustainability.

What is in a word? A rose is a rose is a ... For Elisabeth Wehling at the linguistics department of Cal in Berkeley, the answer is 'framing.' Framing is the emotional content a word has outside of its pure verbatim meaning. Sustainability (and far more broadly in use right now: the German equivalent 'Nachhaltigkeit') is a propaganda term designed to make you feel safe and well just when you are expected to consent. In German TV commercials, TV shows, news casts and other media products the word is increasingly replacing the words 'good', 'permanent', 'lasting', 'safe', 'robust' and 'positive.' Parallel to that, the new word is constantly dropped around left-wing and environmentalist policies and lifestyle choices. This is classical conditioning. The new word 'sustainable' is that sweet organic-flour apple pie and immigration. The legions of people who don't entertain weighing arguments for and against a choice is growing. And a solid portion still identify the first three possible reasons why you don't agree: asininity, madness and evil.

Additionally the old ghosts of anti-Capitalism are rising from their tombs. The World Economic Forum seeks to revive the aged and almost forgotten discussion about 'stakeholder value.' This is the notion that businesses should not only care about money (pronounce 'only' with utter disdain), but also immaterial goods such as happiness of the workers, cleanliness of the ponds and the wishes of other interested parties, ominously called 'stakeholders.' While, at first glance, everybody agrees on the basic idea of kindness to women, blacks, customers, gays, lenders borrowers, and other potential stakeholders of a given enterprise, the notion is operated primarily as an excuse for external involvements. One face of this is the current diversity management swamp bogging Western corporations.

The Great Reset would be a lame duck if the only-good-no-bad option were merely about organic flour freeing us from our sin of baking with ordinary flour. The pepper is the professed urgency of the climate change. When Greta Thunberg started as a child, we had 12 years to go until the point of no return. The Swedish pro-panic activist is now at an age at which Britney Spears had already preserved her virginity with Justin Timberlake and I have no idea what clock the left is counting down right now. But the idea of utmost urgency is still at the heart of their mission.

The discussion of the urgency of the climate change is fundamental to understand what changes a society must accept, but such discussions have no place in a good-good-sustainable-good world.

Antonia Baum of ZEIT wrote a cozy little hit-piece on conservative blogger and columnist Don Alphonso. Her focus was the perpetual mob-rage conservatives can stir up on places like Twitter and Facebook against unsuspecting, pure and innocent left-wingers. She is so afraid of the unleashed baying crowd that she avoids Don Alphonso's pen name throughout the entire article and uses his actual name instead. With a little luck she will be able to redirect the potentially murderous one night towards him just in case the full moon rouses them to seek her.

Fair enough. Alphonso can be mean, very mean, yes, even funny. He is basically the German answer to Katie Hopkins. So maybe Baum should be afraid? Don't you think? The suit and tie corner of the political spectrum is one big scare.

Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro is working on a draft law that might create an anti-censorship regime for social media platforms operating in Poland. Failing to reinstate legal posts despite formal judicial review could carry hefty fines between 50,000 and 50 million Zloty (currently around $13,300 and $13.3 million).

After the platform does not respond positively to the users complaint, he can digitally file a 'court petition' which leads to a legal review of his post. If the judge upholds the legality of the post and the platform does not react, the case will go to a newly created 'free speech council' that has the power to mete out the penalties.

The secret service Verfassungsschutz is a thought-crime-oriented intelligence agency which officially fights extremist thinking. It currently monitors the conservative party AfD as a "Prüffall"; that means based on publicly available information. It is expected that the party will be classified as a 'Verdachtsfall' in the coming week, which means that Verfassungsschutz can use secret spies and false identities to obtain information. It makes it also easier to get a warrant from a court to tap their post or telecommunication.

The party's youth organisation 'Junge Alternative' is already a 'Verdachtsfall.' The patriotism caucus "Flügel" is even classified as a "Beobachtungsfall." That means that warrants for intrusive measures are easier to obtain. At the end of this classification ladder a party can be banned as 'hostile to the constitution.' But that would require the consent of the Supreme Court and it is very unlikely to be the fate of the AfD anytime soon.

One criteria for such a ban based on 'hostility against the constitution' is 'activities against the idea of an understanding between peoples' (Art 9 GG (2)). In theory this means that a group or party can be banned if it objects to any foreign ideology and thus destroys the constitution-mandated Kumbaya. Even though a legal ban of the AfD is highly unlikely, an intensified monitoring creates propaganda fodder for people who see the AfD as hostile to the constitution because of their dislike of jihad.

Ousted social media platform Parler is fighting to get back on track again. California and New York are bleeding out. TVs are turned off in no time. We can no longer share the same space, neither physical nor digital, neither analogue nor vagina monologue. Our societies are falling apart.
At the heart of our shocked disbelief sits the loss of trust. Shall we trust the liars or the BSers? Shall we pay attention to those who lie knowingly or to those who don't even care about the reality at all? Is it cloudy when a liar spoke of a sunny day? We are bumbling through the mist, bumping into one another in constant collisions and conflicts. After years of discrediting one another we are here. And here isn't even a location in the mist.

The Deutsche Bank has now also cut its business ties with The Trump Organization. The left works itself up into a perpetual hissy fit, pushing off 'Parler' and any other group or business mildly associated with the US President. Mass hysteria is always a very dangerous game. Yet Nancy Pelosi and others seem to be very willing to play it.

Germany will soon have a law which demands that executive boards must include women. Time has moved fast. What would have been an innocuous or irrelevant piece of legislation a decade ago tastes very badly with this entire culture war backdrop in 2021. There are already women quotas for the dubious supervisory boards and it looks like only a matter of time until we are in an affirmative-action jungle where everything is rewarded but merit.

correction: I think I said 1 in 3, but the rule is 1 if more than 3 board members.

On the 26th December a shooting in the Berlin borough of Kreuzberg wounded four men. All of them had been victims and perpetrators at the same time. They were allegedly mafia clan members, settling gambling disputes.

Organised crime isn't exactly a novel phenomena. Only a few weeks ago we saw another spectacular clash between a chechenyan group and an Arab gang. And heated brawls or shootings are not the only trademark of the newcomers. Their trades are gambling, prostitution, drugs, burglary, human trafficking and racketeering. Up and comers are the Arabs, most notably of the Mhallami tribe, but also the Chechens who also develp a stronghold in France. Additionallz we've still got our Balkan burglars, the Polish car theft cartels, the Russians, the Italians and so on.

These traditional 'mafia' milieus are usually cut out of an extended family, with a patron on the helm. Their behaviour is largely copied by rocker bands, which conceptually form new, composite tribes such as (allegedly) the Hells Angels, the Banderos, the Bandidos and so on. Whether or not a mafia is bound by blood or by codes, they've usually got an internal rules system, a code of honour. They also happen to clash with one another and with the states in which they operate.

Nascent ties are formed with the elites. At the moment the most visible anchor is the protection racket the Arab clans have built around the entire commercial hip hop music industry in the country.

There are three lessons to be learnt. 1) They have absolutely no reason whatsoever to change their ways. 2) They operate and follow the logic of tribal cultures which are the only alternative to nation states. 3) They live fast and furious, have a lot of children and take what they get (r-strategy).

The EU Court of Justice has delivered another blow to Hungary last weekend. According to the judges, the already dismantled Hungarian transit zones constituted a "detention," despite its opening towards the perfectly save Serbia where the immigrants came from. Hungary is castigated for not being helpful enough to perfect strangers in their ambition to start masses of expensive and exhaustive legal processes. EU law demands the individualisation of asylum politics and remains an obstacle to bulk solutions. But while the careless elites and advocates have lost themselves in their legalese, they can still not answer the question: Why should people who have travelled to their border be more privileged or more needing than the millions of people in Africa, Asia and Latin America? And when are they too many?

The EU is working on a new ledger of legislation to combat "hate speech." By the end of this week they are expected to present a "Digital Services Act" that is posing potential penalties for non-compliance of something between 6-10% of a company's turnover. This should concern all of us, no matter where we live, because the clout of the EU market will shape the behaviour of Big Tech everywhere. Additionally, President of the EU Commission Ursula von der Leyen is starting a "Transatlantic AI Agreement," hoping to reign in the dark magic of AI-driven search results and recommendation systems. Artificial Intelligence is the part of the already highly manipulated algorithms that will always remain a black box for purely technological reasons. The mere idea that there is a something that the EU cannot control is driving the Eurocrats absolutely BONKERS. Ursula von der Leyen has repeatedly stated that she wants Artificial Intelligence and the removal of black boxes from algorithms at the same time. She lacks the knowledge und the humbleness to listen to qualified people to deal with the technological issues she tries to mess with. Hoping that you spread my content as far as possible on as many platforms as possible, I will only say, and say it loud and proud, that this has nothing to do with her gender or Islam.

Merkel has announced her 89 policies against the right. In this last episode, I translate and explain the policies of the ministry of education and a slew of sinecure commissioners.

This is another load of projects and studies that claim to illuminate and combat racism. We have a commissioner for media and culture that is set to sedate the Jews with additional funding for some culture and arts activities. He will also supervise the expansion of a "diversity strategy." He will also "strengthen media competence" and fight "hate on the web." A Commissioner for Refugees, Migration and Integration(!) will research the "victim experience." He will actively communicate (verbatim: "advertise") the pathways to naturalisation (citizenship). And so on... The remaining points and commissioners are explained in the video.

Merkel announced her 89 policies against the right. In this episode I walk you through the tasks for the Family Ministry.

A "Family Ministry" does not only sound obnoxious and totally Orwellian, it is. So there will be a lot of youth projects to streamline the thoughts and behaviors of the impressionable young. More tax-payer money will be handed over to the migrant lobby groups. The funds of the state-run 'German Center for Integration and Migration Research' DeZIM will be increased. The youth protection will be less concerned with sexual content and, instead, will laser focus on banning "hate." We will also see surveys solicited by the government which assess the satisfaction with the newly defined "democracy" Merkel has established. They are destined to end like the "international happiness studies" that are usually topped by the most autocratic regimes.

Angela Merkel has cobbled together a long list of policies to fight the "far-right". Of course, this is not about the handful of neo-Nazis who are drunk by lunchtime. Nobody in his right mind cares about them.

The new German fanaticism will be flushed through various ministries. In this episode I will run you through the items that belong to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection, the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Defence. Merkel's goons don't even shy away from lecturing others about colonialism, which was a fairly mixed period of time with positive and negative aspects.

Angela Merkel has founded a 'Cabinet Committee for the Fight Against Right-Wing Extremism and Racism.' On Tuesday they presented their 89-points policy catalogue replete with pure horror. So I translate it for you. Yes, I said 89 points. So this is the first of four videos. Should I fail to reach anybody, I will at least be able to say that I did my best to document the disaster. The points covered in the first video are supposed to be carried out by the Ministry of the Interior. I will also show you the given "goals" mentioned in the document. The government estimates the costs of the policies to be 1.150.000.000 EUR.

The Schmidt theatre in Hamburg dismisses one of its stars for a joke. It is just the latest cancel culture absurdity and I will run you though the joke and provide its cultural context. Some waiters did not like to hear it and complained to the owners of the place.

Comedy used to be equally irreverant to all groups and Mr Ray does not wish to apologize. He insists on his right to express himself and pledges to continue the production of art worth its name. Despite these dire corona times, which are difficult for many industries and as such also for stand-up artists, he is now searching for a new opportunity

The case is not new, but still current. Ursula von der Leyen created an office for her old companion Jens Flosdorff. He served under her in the German state of Lower Saxony, in the Federal Ministry of Defence and now on the EU level. The salary is great, yes, huge. But what is his position? He is the speaker who does not work with the corps of press secretary, the media-relation craftsman for the administration-media-fleece complex, the right hand of the left hand. He holds the Office of Flosdorff, l'office de Flosdorff.

Jean Quatremer, a journalist with the French magazine 'Libération' tried to raise awareness for the scandal. With limited success so far.
