I've got nearly 30 years of study under my belt and have proven to myself DRIVING is a JOB or OCCUPATION or PROFESSION and given I don't deliver anything or anyone for a paycheck, I AM NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE. That's what the DRIVER LICENSE is! It's a DELIVERY FOR PAY LICENSE. TRAFFIC means COMMERCE. People have been lead to believe anywhere they go in a car, truck, van or on a motorcycle for any reason is "driving". NO IT'S NOT! The Legislature has NOT provided a definition of the word "driving" in the Vehicle Code, at least here in California. Look through yours and see if there's a definition. If not WHY NOT? How come the LAW MAKERS don't provide the definition of the very word the Driver License permits? Can you say FRAUD?! Can you say SCAM?!

How do you use your machine? If you use your machine to earn then you have to have a Driver License. "The state has the authority to regulate the use of public highways for business purposes." My car was illegally towed from my home. The tow company had it for 262 days. I used the law and they returned it and I didn't have to go to court to make them return it. AND IT DIDN'T PAY ONE CENT FOR THE TIME THEY HAD IT: STORAGE FEE IT WAS $55 @ DAY! My efforts have gotten 5 cars and trucks outta impound without the people having to pay! STUDY LAW! How do you know if a judge is following the rules if you've never seen the rules that apply to YOUR EMPLOYEE?
Nobody wants to pay a fine. Everybody wants to beat a ticket. Did you know what's in the Vehicle Code that a cop, highway patrol officer or Sheriff deputy accused you of violating? RULES THAT APPLY TO THEM! How do you know they followed the rules if you've never seen them?

If you were "stopped", which is technically arrested, for an alleged infraction or fine only violation of the Vehicle Code, you did not commit a crime and your law enforcement employee has no authorization to arrest for NONCRIMINAL conduct. Law enforcement employees are authorized to arrest for CRIME ONLY! If you're "stopped" for a NONCRIMINAL violation of the Vehicle Code your employee committed the crime of FALSE IMPRISONMENT.

What people call a "traffic stop" is in fact a warrantless arrest. Calling it what it's not will not change that fact. IF you were "stopped" for an infraction or fine only violation, you were arrested for NONCRIMINAL conduct. False Imprisonment is a crime regardless of who commits it! The paper issued by your law enforcement employee has an identity or name printed right on it. The word TICKET nor words TRAFFIC TICKET are printed on the paper your employee issues to you. The NAME or IDENTITY of that paper is real important to a successful defense of an alleged violation of the Vehicle Code.
