cops are running protection for an angry and combative tow-truck driver that made an illegal turn and caused danger.
male cop was offensive and abusive, and made excuses for the tow-truck driver, saying "he was in a hurry because we've been waiting 40 minutes".. the cops are ok with dangerous driving if its on their behalf, and didnt want to make any kind of inquiries with the angry truck driver.
