Writing Comics can be a daunting task. So you've sat down and taken the time to develop a character for your comic book and regardless of whether this is your first comic or seventienth comic, chances are you want to make sure that your story isn't just compelling and exciting, but that it has a solid plot. 'Cause the last thing you want is a bunch of people reading your comic and then saying that it has no plot. But how exactly do you develop a plot for your comic book?
In this video I'm going to help you take the first few steps towards developing the plot for your comic book by using the LOCK system (created by novelist and writing coach James Scott Bell).
In this video we cover:
- What Is Plot
- We clear up a couple of misconceptions concerning plot
- How To Use The LOCK System to develop a basic plot
- And how the lock system fits the three act structure
