The gauntlet has been thrown down.
Anyone is willing to participate even if all you have is gel blasters or airsoft or straight-pull actions.
But to compete to break my record you will need to follow the minimum guidelines: Only live full-power ammo, no blanks. Target must be no larger than a full size IPSC target. Target must be no closer than 25 yards. Ideally a minimum of 5 shots to calculate rounds/minute, (though some rifles are limited in capacity so it will be a case by case basis.) All hits on target. Bolt action must be manually rotated to cycle, so no straight pulls. Simple enough to get the ball rolling.

Lee Harvey Oswald could have made the shots on JFK within the given time. The carcano rifle is not to blame for any conspiracy potentials
