I was shocked to hear from pet parent that Luna suddenly passed away from 'Gastric Stasis' or 'Bloat' despite being seen by a vet. I've lost pets to Bloat and know other pet parents who have lost their pets too. This is a fatal condition, if not addressed immediately. The problem however, is that small animals or prey animals hide illnesses and so you may not notice until it is too late. Some tell tale signs of bloat are; pet stops eating all together, pet sits in one spot for hours on end not wanting to move at all, pet grinds teeth and pet has swollen and sensitive abdomen.
