Long before Mr. Happiness became a Laughter Yoga Leader, a Certified Humor Specialist, a Humanitarian clown with Patch Adams, an author of "The Courage to Love," and a Theater Improviser, I formed Les Chants Marins de Montréal, an acapella sea shanty group. And now, unexpectedly after nearly 14 years, my singing career appears to be returning. I'm like a good pirate, always appearing when you least expect it! Here are three songs, one of which is my own composition, that I had the pleasure of practicing with the brilliant Steph from Immersion Rock Montréal on Valentine's Day. Enjoy! Still I really love the new turn my life is taking 🥳🤣🌞🐒 Thank you Dad and Mom for making this come true. I miss you and love you, I hope to honor your legacy. ❤ Thank you to everyone who participated in Sunday's fantastic improv show Indie Nights for the premiere of my experimental Out of Sight duo with Aneeq. Your laughter 🤣😂 and applause were awesome as we surprised the audience with harmonica and coconut shells, improvising music while telling a story about an imaginary friend, Wall Street, and the aching love of poetry. As Mr Happiness,😄 my greatest aim is to spread more joy, laughter, and heartfelt transformational stories.

How do you deal with grief? 🥲 When my father died 12 years ago, I quit my job because he had been a doctor since he was a teen, whereas I had never followed my dreams, so I dared change and became a humanitarian clown with Patch Adams. When my brother died seven years ago, I felt the urgency to fulfill my life healing mission, so I began writing a self-help book. And now that Mom has departed, I no longer can afford to censor myself and want to express my emotions freely. So this morning, finally it's sunny and I can go on a freezing snowrun. I ran 8km at -12°C Feb 4th 2024 Barechest 🙊 in shorts no gloves or hat. I needed it, I felt to clean something out of my body, to experience freedom, aliveness. I felt Mom had given this beautiful sunny day to run, so I ran for her, my brother and my father, and for everyone who might be grieving. Life is such an amazing gift. I grieve by honoring the people who passed way by becoming a better person. How do you deal with grief? Love you ❤❤❤ xxx Guy

Guy Giard is a Gardener of the Soul. Born in the French speaking province of Quebec, Canada, he lived for many years in Europe. Professional artist his artworks are exhibited across Canada and The Netherlands; and has a singer he’s given dozens of concerts. After teaching for twenty years in major art museums he becomes a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and joins the real Dr. "Patch" Adams as a humanitarian clown caring in hospitals and orphanages in Guatemala, Peru, Mexico, India and Russia. He is a dynamic and engaging speaker and an inspiring consultant. He believes that anyone can plant his own life’s mission, grow his life’s purpose and sow a legacy.
