My father gave me his 1994 Chevrolet Caprice before he passed, and I have decided to give it to my son. I have decided by giving it to him now, that we will have plenty of time to work on it together before he is of driving age, this way he will learn the basics of automotive maintenance, and repair. To help document our time together I thought it would be a good idea to video tape it. This is our first video, and I thought changing the air filter would be a good place to start.

DETAILS OF PROCEDURE: Informed consent was obtained from the patient, we had a 6-French XB 3.5 guiding catheter. We used a Luge guidewire to cross the mid LAD occlusion that was easy, then we ballooned with a 3.0 x 15 mm Emerge balloon. After a couple of dilatations there was a type a dissection about 30% to 40% residual but TIMI-3 flow. Patient was pain free, and had some accelerated idioventricular rhythm for a short while but it resolved
spontaneously. We then stented with a 3.0 x 20 mm PROMUS Premier stent deployed at 16 atmospheres. End result was excellent 0% residual. There is some step-down and plaquing in the proximal end, but there the stenosis is only about 20%. There is no residual dissection and normal flow. There are a couple of septals coming off at that spot so I did not want to put in any additional stents for this mild lesion.
