Big Pharma and the US Government routinely drugged tens of thousands of Foster Children (even infants). They were given 13x the amount of drugs other children got. This is a grotesque failure to protect foster children. If the foster parents don't give these medications, the kids can be taken away. Gwen Olsen, who worked for the pharmaceutical industry, said: "Children that had a bad rap and were placed in the system were literally a profit center for psychiatric drugging." Psychotropic drugs were even given to infants.
