..15 years since i last painted! I had some rust to knock off, but i decided to unpack brushes and paint, and start with the face i know best - My own! ..And get back to what i love, now when the kids is older and i got more time. 📓..The sketchbook is a tool with many possibilities, for me its to train model similarity for my oil paintings & sketch before i start a sculpture, and to train my patience. Its also a great tool to get many fast sketches under the belt for evolving, and also to be effective with time.

🏹..I am trying something new. I will try to upload a few sketches a week, mostly fantasy related pictures, portraits, nature etc.. really appreciate feedback about if that could be interesting - Thank you!🍻

✏️..To get a good portrait painting i think its important to catch the models essence, or else it doesn't matter how good the oil painting is. In the end, if it dont look like the model, its not a good portrait.
