Teachers aren’t all on board with CRT/DEI, but when your hiring practices make is so only the true believers get through, a school will fall completely into line ideologically over time. Between woke hiring agencies and a hiring process overseen by CRT/DEI “directors” (commissars?), only the most ideological pure will be teachers, at the expense of actual education.
We can stop this process and maintain our teaching institutions as places that educate free-thinking, independent individuals who can think critically.
Winsor School has been a good school for a long time and has an excellent reputation for offering a top-notch education to girls and getting them into the top colleges. The World Languages description describes a strong, grounded, and mature philosophy in the tradition of the Enlightenment and an open attitude toward learning and growing through knowledge of other languages and cultures. There are virtually no catchphrases from CRT/DEI, and it very politely reasserts appreciation of culture, individual learning, critical thinking, and most of all a joi de vivre vis-à-vis learning.

Winsor School has been a good school for a long time and has an excellent reputation for offering a top-notch education to girls and getting them into the top colleges. Over the past years, it has jumped into DEI as the foundation of school life with both feet.
This series of videos will show how much it has degraded educational philosophy and the philosophy of the Enlightenment generally.
This is not intended to single out Winsor School; there will be many similar videos in the future covering materials from many other schools.

This is not intended to single out Winsor School; there will be similar videos in the future covering materials from many other schools.
This particular video will let the listener hear the school’s new philosophy of science. I present my opinions about it, and I encourage the listener to form their own opinions and let me know of their thoughts in the comments.

This channel is to talk about CRT/DEI in the schools and the damage it is doing.
The “Zoom school” so many of us suffered through had a silver lining: parents got to see for themselves that Critical Race Theory has been brought to the schools through Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. They also got to see that this has been going on for a long time without their knowledge and without their being informed.
If you are one of those parents, it’s not your fault!
Getting CRT into the schools was deliberately kept from you, put on the “down-low” so you wouldn’t notice. As a longtime teacher and tutor, I too failed to see it, and I underestimated its virulence and pervasiveness even after I did.
What we have to do now is get informed and spread the word. We do not have to accept this. CRT/DEI is not inevitable, and it does not have to define the fate of our children.
