This skit was part of an episode of the Japanese comedy variety show, Gaki No Tsukai (Episode #1542 (2021.01.31) 15th Yama-1 Grand Prix).

The video doesn't have subtitles. It doesn't need them. The skit's meaning is nearly universal.

Japanese comedian Gekidan Hitori takes manzai to the extreme with a routine performed with a wrestler

In Japanese manzai (stand up comedy usually done as a duo - think Abbott and Costello) with a funny man (boke) and a straight man (tsukkomi). The most common formula for routines involve the funny man doing or saying something silly and the straight man corrects him. This correction often comes with physical punishment (typically a slap to the head). In this video this premise is taken to the extreme with Hitori acting silly then getting pummeled by the wrestler.
