These are some of my favorite ab exercises I've put into a quick workout that you can do 2-3 rounds of, if one round is too easy.

I've been doing this ab workout 3 days a week during quarantine. On days I feel good i'll do it 3-4 rounds. On days my body is more tired sometimes I only do 2 rounds.

Make sure to push yourself but stay within your limits! Remember to listen to your body, you know it best.

Here we cover the fundamentals of self-defense. From things like situational awareness and the stages that your body goes through as the threat becomes imminent. We cover scalable and non-scalable options from common attack positions such as:
When to strike, what to strike, and how to strike (non-scalable)
Wrist grabs
Front chokes
Pinned to ground with attacker between legs

How to do it Perform the exercises below in circuit: perform one movement for 30 seconds and immediately move to the next. When the last one is finished, rest for 30 seconds to 1 minute. That's 1 lap on the circuit, complete 3 ....

1 - Complete jumping jumper Standing with your legs together and your arms extended at your sides, take a standing jump. At the same time, spread your feet sideways and clap your hands above your head. Return to the starting position and then squat, touching your hands on the ground. Extend your legs and repeat the exercise without stopping ....

2 - Squat with lateral displacement Standing, stand with your legs together and place your hands on your waist. Step aside. Extend your arms forward, contract your abdomen and squat until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Return to the starting position and perform the movement to the other side ....

3 - Plank with a touch on the legs Stay in a position of flexing your arms, with your hands at a width equal to that of your shoulders and your abdomen contracted, to stabilize your body. Bring your left hand to the side of the thigh on the same side. Go back and repeat with the other hand ....

This 10 min workout includes exercises that shape your legs and inner thighs, make them slim and toned without looking too muscular.
