Today we're going to do some very gentle and very effective facial yoga and massage manipulations. You can do this in a comfortable position with your eyes closed because it's all about stretching and relaxing the face, something that we often neglect. Today I wanted to react to something that hopefully will make you all laugh. It's from the 1970s and it's an episode of Man About the House. (Season 4, Episode 4 - Never Give your Real Name)
I have lost count how many times I've watched the complete series and I think its partly because its from a golden age of television. The actors are fantastic, the scripts are perfect and the 1970s styles are always fun to look back on.
