Citizens in Melbourne, Australia were protesting draconian measures regarding Covid-19 when they were attacked by police and elements of the Australian Army.

The government of the state Victoria, Australia is competing with the Peoples Republic of China over which can be the most despotic and brutal in silencing dissenting views on Covid-19. In Melbourne (ironically named after Lord Melbourne (British PM) stated:
“The whole duty of government is to prevent crime and to preserve contracts.”

This is obviously not the opinion of the government of Melbourne and the state of Victoria which have imposed draconian measures quashing basic rights that are enshrined in the Natural Law, the Magna Carta, Blackstone and English common law.

The Chinese Communist Party seized control of China in 1949. The CCP has proven itself to be the most murderous regime in the history of the world—far surpassing Hitler’s genocide and Stalin’s mass murders. Conservative estimates are that the Chinese Communist Party has murdered 120 million of its own citizens since 1949 and the murders still continue but are largely ignored by the world. Remember when Tibet was at the forefront? Hollywood actors and other social activists put the spotlight on the CCP repression in Tibet, which was annexed by Communist China in 1950. No one speaks of Tibet anymore.

Now the CCP has broken its promises and seized Hong Kong by force ending the agreement to honor Hong Kong civil liberties for another 25 years. The CCP’s next target is probably Taiwan, a vibrant democracy and economic powerhouse. If they take Taiwan by force, 23 million people will be enslaved.

Nearly all of American constitutional law today rests on a myth. That myth – taught as unquestioned truth from grade school to law school – is that the power of constitutional interpretation belongs exclusively to the U.S. Supreme Court; that the Court’s decisions are thus every bit as much “supreme law of the land” as the Constitution itself; and that the other branches of government, the states, and We the People, accordingly are bound by the Supreme Court’s interpretations of the Constitution, in every instance – no matter what the Court decides to hold.

So the myth goes. Every feature of the myth is wrong.

A Coral Springs police dispatch supervisor was at work playing a Netflix movie when she didn’t catch an incorrectly logged 911 call. A woman phoned 911 to report someone had just shot at her car, piercing her back window, hitting her front windshield and almost shooting her in the head. But there was a half-hour delay in the call being dispatched to an officer. Julie Vidaud was the shift supervisor minutes before 7 p.m. on a June evening. The woman who phoned 911 said during the shooting, a hot metal piece landed in her lap, which later turned out to be a bullet. The 911 dispatcher assured the woman that help was on the way. But the woman, Guadalupe Herrera, called back about 16 minutes later “very upset and concerned that they may shoot again,” according to police records. Herrera called 911 again four minutes later, saying she was going to drive herself to the police station. Herrera recalled Monday how she was devastated that she called for help and nobody came. Investigators later realized the call had been logged by dispatchers as a “suspicious incident” when it should have gotten a priority “shooting.” About 34 minutes went by between when Herrera first called 911 and when it was dispatched to officers. Investigators pulled data from Vidaud’s computer over 30 days to find the most-used applications were Netflix, Hulu and Xfinity TV. They found that the movie “I Am Mother,” with actress Hilary Swank, played at her workstation for almost two hours while the 911 caller was reporting the shooting. On June 9, the day of the shooting, Vidaud’s computer also showed use of “numerous site clicks for websites related to shopping, news stories, streaming TV, movies, vacation planning, and fewer that could be considered work related,” according to an internal affairs investigation report released Monday. The investigator, Sgt. Dave Kirkland, told her this call was handled so badly he would describe it as a “catastrophic failure,” according to records. Kirkland, who oversees internal investigations, wrote in his report that "the evidence conclusively shows that Vidaud spends an inordinate amount of time conducting personal business” on her police work computer, including movies and streaming TV. Kirkland said the original 911 call-taker was fired. The second person who handled the call, a dispatcher, “was disciplined and has since been terminated,” police said. Vidaud is expected to receive a two-day suspension without pay, police said. The investigation’s findings were inconclusive on what Vidaud was doing at the specific time of the incident, “however based on the investigation she will be facing discipline for ‘Failure to Supervise,'” police said. Vidaud promised she no longer would have Netflix playing at work, the report said. But that’s going to be the case from now on for all dispatchers: The agency policy was changed to prohibit any streaming of media services during their shifts, police said. Kirkland said the suspect in the shooting has charged with premeditated attempted murder. According to the arrest affidavit, the woman was in her red Volkswagen leaving a gas station when Kyriakos Manolas, allegedly shot out her rear windshield. The bullet traveled through the head rest and steering wheel, hit the front windshield and then landed in her lap.

Los Angeles child psychiatrist Dr. Mark McDonald explained, during a physicians summit in Washington, DC, on Monday the detrimental effects the lockdown is having on children and the way their parents are supervising them. “[The parents are] preventing their children from playing outside. They’re preventing their children from going shopping with them. They’re preventing their children from participating in sports. They’re coddling their children because they think that that’s what’s best for them. The children are suffering. In my view, this is child abuse,” said McDonald.

Video is of the actual shooting by a mentally unstable man which occurred at the West Freeway Church of Christ in White Settlement Texas (that’s the name of the town, not a
Racial designation) on December 29, 2019. It appears that the shooter was armed with shotgun with a pistol grip (rather than a stock). Two church member we killed before the shooter was shot and killed by armed members of the church. This video is presented to inform the public and to demonstrate that “good guys with guns” stop many potential mass shootings. Note the number of armed church members who responded. Also note the varied reactions of the church members. Hindsight is 20/20 but the members would have probably been safer to crouch behind the pews or lay flat. Note the initial shooting and response took about 8 seconds.
