Frankly, some may be mislead (but have some truth), while others are liars and/or are evil hypocrites in their personal lives but, even they can release truth from time to time. Masterful liars bait lies with some truth to ensnare you in the same way a fisherman baits the hook ~ But, have you ever seen a fish bite an empty hook? I have seen it and in the same way, some people do not need any truth to believe anything they are fed ~ this may make you wonder huh ? But as I try to expose, once a person is sufficiently (conditioned) indoctrinated ~ even (truth) bait is no longer required.
For me, it's if the over all content (not necessarily every detail - use discernment), in that instance, is true/beneficial or not. Eat the fish but, spit out the bones... (Which is why I may post some content but not other content by the same person or organization)
