Indrajit (named Meghnath at birth) is performing seven sacrifices under Shukra. Shukra is Venus and the guru to the Asuras and Daitayas. The counterpart to Shukra/Venus is Bṛhaspati/Jupiter. Bṛhaspati is guru to the Devas and parallel to Odin who is the teacher of the Aesir. Odin-Bṛhaspati is depicted as missing his right eye while Shukra is missing his left eye (as shown in the video).
