The UN has no jurisdiction over anything, especially the US! The UN treaty does not supersede the US Constitution! No US Citizen is bound to its "pretended" legislation!!!

A “National Popular Vote Law”, is an unconstitutional state law, that claims to change the Electoral College vote as it applies to a State. And does so with or without a US Constitutional amendment.
