0:07 What is your opinion on Leroy Colbert's (r.i.p.) term "muscle priority", meaning that the muscle group you train first will recover the best and have more growth potential, compared to the muscle groups you train later in a session? Also if this is the case, would it be beneficial to bench before squats if upper body deveploment is a priority? Cheers & keep up the good work!
3:13 You mentioned before how your bench Press is normally significantly higher than your OHP, however, despite my OHP progressing, my bench has been stagnant, currently 185 OHP and a 235 bench press. My other lists are making progress, currently a 365 lb squat and a 490 lb deadlift. What can I do to correct this?
5:50 Shalom jason, You recommend pause benching and squatting, what about pause rows or pull ups? Meaning that on a row, when the bar touches your body, you hold it there for a split second before lowering it down. same for pull ups. Wouldn't that be better for gainzzz and muscle recruitment? Obviously lighter weights should be used.
