Here are some thoughts and ideas about the disappearance of Paul Miller while on the search. After having searched the area I no longer think it likely Paul was lost there but perhaps in a similar location. Paul Miller went for a hike the morning of 7/13/18 on the 49 Palms Oasis Trail at Joshua Tree National Park and was never seen again.

At the trailhead of the 49 Palms Oasis Trail on 07/13/19. Paul went missing from the trail one year ago, 07/13/18.

Paul Miller disappeared from the 49 Palms Oasis Trail at Joshua Tree National Park on 7/13/18. I an an independent volunteer searching for clues that may lead to the resolution of the case. The sound cut out at the beginning of the video. I talked about Paul’s good outdoor skills, his need to catch a flight later that day and that he didn’t have his cell phone with him.
