Kawaii_Bones

This video shows you how to make slow cooker chili!
Ingredients:
One pound of Ground Beef or Pork
Salt and Pepper for taste
One Onion
Optional: A package of Bacon cooked and chopped
5-6 Dried Chili Peppers chopped
15 oz of Crushed or Diced Tomatoes
6 oz of Tomato Paste
A pinch or more of Garlic Powder
A pinch or more of Onion Powder
A pinch or more of Chili Powder
A pinch or more of Cayenne Pepper
A pinch or more Of Paprika
Instructions:
Cook ground beef or pork on medium heat until brown and crumbly. Season with salt pepper throughout. Once the ground meat is brown and crumbly, discard the grease and place the meat into the slow cooker. Optional: Cook bacon until crispy and place onto a chopping board, chop the bacon into pieces and place the pieces onto the slow cooker. Chop dried chili peppers and a onion and place them onto the slow cooker. Add crushed or diced tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Add more seasoning if needed. Mix together and cook on high for four hours or cook on low for six hours. Serve after four or six hours.

This video shows you how to make iced lemon tea!
Ingredients:
4 Cups of Ice Cubes
4 Cups of Water
10 Black Tea Bags
1 Cup of Sugar or Honey
1/2 Cup of Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Boil water in a stove pot. Then add baking soda and sugar or honey and mix. Add tea bags then let them steep for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add lemon juice. Then grab a pitcher and add ice cubes. Pour the tea into the pitcher and place it into the fridge before serving.

Ingredients:
1 Cup of Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
2/3 Cup of Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Add peanut butter and coconut oil to bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds. Add vanilla extract to the bowl and mix. Then add unsweetened coconut flakes and mix. Place mixture onto a baking sheet. Put into a freezer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve as is or place them into a Ziploc bag and store.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups of Almond Flour
1/3 Cup of Flaxseeds
1/4 Cup of Almond Milk
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
4 Eggs
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Into the bowl, add almond flour, flaxseeds, almond milk, olive oil, baking powder, salt, and eggs. Then mix. Then grease the loaf pan, or place parchment paper in the loaf pan and pour the mixture into the loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then cool.

This video shows you how to make eggshell powder!
Ingredients:
Eggshells
Water
Instructions:
Rinse the eggshells really well. Then boil some water in a pot. Then put the eggshells into the pot and boil for at least two minutes. After boiling the eggshells, strain the water. Then put the eggshells onto a pan. Bake the eggshells at 225 degrees Fahrenheit for forty-five to fifty minutes. After baking the eggshells, blend them with a blender or food processor. Then store the eggshell powder in a cool and dry place for three months.

This video shows you how to make honey lemon ginger tea!
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Boiling Water
1 Tbsp of Ginger
1 Tbsp of Honey
1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Peel and grate ginger and put it into a bowl. Then add boiling water to the bowl and let it steep for five minutes. After five minutes, strain the ginger tea into a cup or mug. Then add lemon juice and honey into the cup or mug. Serve.

This video shows you how to make coconut flour!
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Coconut Flakes
4 Cups of Water
Instructions:
Soak coconut flakes with water for four hours. After four hours put the soaked coconut flakes and water into a blender or food processor. Then strain the coconut flakes into a container. Place the coconut flakes onto a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees Fahrenheit until dry. Blend the coconut flakes then put it into a container and store.

This video shows you how to make non-alcoholic ginger ale!
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Ginger
2 Cups of Water
1 Cup of Water
1 Cup of Sugar
1 1/2 Cup of Soda Water
Dashes of Lime Juice
Instructions:
Boil two cups of water on high then add ginger. Lower it to medium then let the ginger water simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it set for 20 minutes. Then strain the ginger water into a bowl then set it aside. Dissolve water and sugar until the mixture is no longer grainy to make simple syrup. Add ginger water, simple syrup, soda water, and lime juice. Then serve.

This video shows you how to make low carb chips!
Ingredients:
1 3/4 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
3/4 Cup of Almond Flour
1 Egg
2 Tbsp of Cream Cheese
1 Tsp of Cumin
1/2 Tsp of Chili Powder
Instructions:
Add mozzarella cheese and almond flour to the bowl then mix. Add cream cheese and then mix again. Put the bowl into a microwave for a minute. Then stir the mixture until it looks like dough. Add egg, cumin, and chili powder into the dough then mix. Preheat the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet and place parchment or wax paper unto the dough then roll. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cut the dough into squares and serve.

This video shows you how to make eggnog!
Ingredients:
4 Egg yolks
1 Cup of Milk
1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Sugar
1/2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp of Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp of Nutmeg
Instructions:
Combine milk, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon into a pot, then boil at medium heat, then stir. Then separate 4 egg yolks into a bowl. Add sugar, then mix. Pour the milk mixture into the egg mixture slowly. Then pour the mixture back into the pot. Boil at medium heat until the mixture is thick. Add heavy whipping cream into the mixture then stir. You can add rum or brandy or keep it non-alcoholic. Refrigerate overnight then serve.

3/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 Tsps of Baking Soda
1 1/2 Tsps of Baking Powder
1 1/2 Tsps of Vanilla Extract
1/2 Salt
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Warm Water or Coffee
1 Cup of Milk
Instructions:
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in bowl. Next, add eggs, coffee or water, milk, and vanilla extract to the bowl, then mix. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the pans then pour the mixture into the pans. Bake for 27 to 45 minutes. Cool for about 10 minutes then garnish.

Melt chocolate and butter together in the microwave or over the stovetop. Then pour the mixture into a bowl. Add flour, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, and xanthan gum, then mix. Add other ingredients or leave it plain. Grease the pan then pour the mixture into the pan. Bake at 360 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes. Add any garnishes you want, then serve.

This video shows you how to make almond flour!

Almonds
Instructions:
Soak the almonds for 12 hours. Then drain the water and put them in the pot of water to boil. Then drain the water and almonds into a strainer. Then soak the almonds with cold water,and dry. After drying them, peel the skin. Then put the peeled almonds into a container to dry for a few days. You can broil them for 5 minutes during the drying process. After the drying process, put the almonds into a blender or food processor and blend for at least one minute and a half. Any longer than this can turn into almond butter. After grinding the almonds, sift the ground almonds into a container. After sifting, put the almond flour into the refrigerator to store.

This video shows you how to make a low carb chicken crust pizza!
Ingredients:
1 Chicken breast
1 Cup of Cheese
1 Tbsp of Hot Sauce
1 Egg
1 Tsp of Oregano
1/2 Tsp of Salt
1/2 Tsp of Pepper
1/2 Cup of Tomato Sauce
Instructions:
Cut up the chicken into chunks then put them in a bowl. Then put the bowl into the freezer for about 20 minutes. Then put chicken chunks into a blender or food processor and blend into ground chicken. Then put the ground chicken into a bowl. Add the cheese, hot sauce, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper then mix. Add the mixture onto a baking sheet and mold it into a pizza crust. Put it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Take the pizza crust out of the oven. Add tomato sauce to the crust. Add any toppings you may like! Put it back in the oven for about 6 to 8 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Take it out of the oven, cut it up, and enjoy!
