This video shows you how to make almond flour!
Soak the almonds for 12 hours. Then drain the water and put them in the pot of water to boil. Then drain the water and almonds into a strainer. Then soak the almonds with cold water,and dry. After drying them, peel the skin. Then put the peeled almonds into a container to dry for a few days. You can broil them for 5 minutes during the drying process. After the drying process, put the almonds into a blender or food processor and blend for at least one minute and a half. Any longer than this can turn into almond butter. After grinding the almonds, sift the ground almonds into a container. After sifting, put the almond flour into the refrigerator to store.

This video shows you how to make a low carb chicken crust pizza!
1 Chicken breast
1 Cup of Cheese
1 Tbsp of Hot Sauce
1 Tsp of Oregano
1/2 Tsp of Salt
1/2 Tsp of Pepper
1/2 Cup of Tomato Sauce
Cut up the chicken into chunks then put them in a bowl. Then put the bowl into the freezer for about 20 minutes. Then put chicken chunks into a blender or food processor and blend into ground chicken. Then put the ground chicken into a bowl. Add the cheese, hot sauce, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper then mix. Add the mixture onto a baking sheet and mold it into a pizza crust. Put it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Take the pizza crust out of the oven. Add tomato sauce to the crust. Add any toppings you may like! Put it back in the oven for about 6 to 8 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Take it out of the oven, cut it up, and enjoy!
