Even if this version of the "vaccine" is not the actual MOTB, it is pretty clear that the world is being incrementally goose stepped into acceptance of the beast system and what will eventually become the mark of the beast when the plans being put into place are fully enacted.

Therefore his speech should be considered "HEALTH MIS-INFORMATION"!
