1). Repeal Act 77
2). No mail in ballots, Only absentee ballots and provisional ballots will be available on election day. Both requiring ID and two forms of proof of address or a doctors medical note. Absentee ballots will remain with their signed envelopes for traceability until all candidates agree to their disposal.
3). No machines. All ballots are to be on paper and counted on the day of the election clearly in view of all poll watchers.
4). Poll watchers will have more powers and if not allowed to fulfill their duties then all votes in that polling station will become null and void.
