ok as you can see this game does run a little stuttery but that happens because of the shaders being loaded in.the frame rate is lower than it should be due to recording.i probably could tweak this a bit more to push more frames out but it is very playable.i am using lutris and the origin installer to get this to work.

this runs great in linux and with this new version of cemu the stuttering is non existant.

in order to install the beta of steam proton,you need to go into your tools area and right click proton 5.0 and click beta till you see a drop down menu then click next and hit ok.then it should update to the latest beta of proton.

game runs fine.if you see any screwy things going on its obs studio doing that.the game does not have those jumpy white lines.

game runs fine,it does crash from time to time when your doing customizations but other than that the game runs great.

very very sad news,my condolences to mr greaves family,friends and everyone in the linux community that was affected by this.

for those of you looking to switch to linux,this video is for you.i do not force anything on anyone,it is whatever you want to choose,im just showing what is out there and yes i am using distrowatch,i know some do not like that site but i use it as a place to find distros.

if your in the market for a upgrade you cannot go wrong with this.i paid $182 for mine 6 months ago so the price has dropped pretty quickly.i know its 2nd gen ryzen but this is not a bad deal.i do not get a kick back from this just spreading the word.

just a heads up and im sure comes to no suprise

this game does run quite well but do keep in mind it does crash to the login screen every once in a while,not sure why it does that but the game is playable and its free so.

here is the link for the script but i would recommend using wine and winetricks plus install xact and mf within winetricks to get this game to work.you also need to mfplat.dll which needs to be placed in your resident evil 2 directory.you got to do this or the game will freeze when a cutscene starts.

i think some people are leaving because of this and that is not true.just want to put that out there.i still use windows due to some games just giving me major issues but i will still be doing some linux content on the side.

i have changed the channel to vipor29 gaming to focus on things that i could not do with linux city.some may not like this but its what i have to do.

just taking a look at pop os 19.10 and the company behind it that also sells computers with pop os on them.
