I filmed this about half a mile from my house in Easton, Bristol UK, in September 2021. There was virtually no wind, certainly not enough to keep an object of this size up in the air. It was not a balloon, or a plastic bag as it was not flapping or distorting in any way. It seemed to have structure and kept its shape.

There can be no doubt that these two characters were separated at birth.
