The internet was likely not intended to remain free forever. The intention for it to be used as a totalitarian tool was baked in from the start.

Google started as a DARPA grant and was part of the CIA’s and NSA's digital data program, the purpose of which was to conduct “birds of a feather” mapping online so that certain groups could be neutralized.

All of the early internet freedom technologies of the ‘90s were funded by the Pentagon and the State Department. They were developed by the intelligence community as an insurgency tool — a means to help dissident groups in foreign countries to develop a pro-U.S. stance and evade state-controlled media. Now, these same technologies have been turned against the American public, and are used to control public discourse.

In the past, censorship was a laborious task that could only be done after the fact. Artificial intelligence has radically altered the censorship industry. AI programs can now censor information en masse, based on the language used, and prevent it from being seen at all.

One of the most effective strategies that would have immediate effect would be to strip the censorship industry of its government funding. The House controls the purse strings of the federal government, so the House Appropriations Committee has the power to end the funding of government-sponsored censorship.

A ketogenic diet can be very useful initially when transitioning people who are metabolically inflexible. However, continuing in ketosis long term can lead to problems, including stubborn weight gain or the inability to lose unwanted weight.

The reason for this has to do with cortisol. Your body needs glucose, and when deprived for too long, your body will release cortisol to stimulate the production of glucose by your liver. Cortisol also promotes inflammation and central obesity, so you don’t want chronically elevated cortisol levels.

Your metabolic rate is strongly affected by the type of sugar you consume. High fructose corn syrup promotes ill health while whole fruit, raw honey and pure organic cane sugar are readily metabolized without promoting weight gain.

When adding in more carbs, you also need to reduce your fat intake to avoid elevating your triglycerides.

Restricting dietary fat and/or blocking the oxidation of fat inside of the cell have strong therapeutic effects against cancer by forcing the cell out of its excessive fatty acid oxidation state.

I've previously interviewed James DiNicolantonio, Pharm.D., about his book, "The Salt Fix: Why the Experts Got It All Wrong and How Eating More Might Save Your Life," where he exposes why we got it wrong about salt and promotes eating healthy real salt.

Just over 100 years ago, we began consuming industrial vegetable oils that never existed before. These oils are primarily damaged omega-6 linoleic acid. As a result, our omega-6 intake nearly tripled, while our intake of plant- and marine-based omega-3 fat decreased tenfold
Damaged omega-6 fat is integrated into your cell membranes, including the mitochondrial membrane, and once these membranes become dysfunctional, complications follow
The fluidity of the cell membrane is extremely important as it houses hormone transporters. When you don’t get enough marine-based omega-3 fats, especially docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), the membranes become very rigid
You only need around 1 to 2 grams of omega-6 linoleic acid per day, ideally from plant seeds and tree nuts, whereas optimal levels of marine omega-3 fats are around 3 to 4 grams per day, which can be obtained from small fatty fish such as anchovies, sardines, herring, wild-caught salmon or krill oil
Saturating your cells with DHA makes their membranes very fluid, thereby raising your basal metabolic rate by 15 percent, and increasing your fat burning capacity during exercise by 30 percent. Even at rest, your fat burning goes up by 20 percent

Fats are the primary building block of your cell membranes. This is one of the reasons why eating the right types of fat is so important for your health and longevity.

While most nutritional experts blame the epidemic of chronic disease on the increase in sugar consumption, the role of sugar is relatively minor when compared to the impact of seed oils.

There are two basic types of fatty acids, based on how many of their carbon bonds are paired with hydrogen: saturated fats and unsaturated fats. Unsaturated fats are further subdivided into monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs), depending on how many pairs of hydrogen atoms they are missing.

Because your tissues are made up mostly of saturated and monounsaturated fats, your body requires more of them than PUFAs.

The main dietary PUFAs are omega-3 and omega-6 fats, and while your body does need these, it needs them in relatively small quantities. The most pernicious toxin in the modern diet, and the fat you need to minimize consumption of, is the omega-6 fat linoleic acid (LA). LA makes up 60% to 80% of omega-6 fats and is the primary contributor to chronic disease.

It’s important to complete, notarize, submit and have your Caregivers and Consent form entered into your electronic medical record BEFORE you ever need to go to the hospital.

Make sure you send the completed, signed, notarized form to the CEO of the hospital via a professional courier (one that specializes in delivering legal documents) with a certified return receipt. The CEO is responsible for all legal business relating to the hospital, including the medical records, so the CEO, not your attending physician, is the one whose responsibility it is to get your consent forms entered into your electronic medical record.

Make at least 10 copies of the signed, notarized form and keep one copy on your person, in case you ever have an accident or acute illness requiring hospitalization. Also provide copies to the attending physician and nurse once hospitalized. Additional recommendations to ensure your safety are included.

March 23, 2023, Barbara Loe Fisher, cofounder and president of the charitable National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) and NVIC co-founder Kathi Williams and I unveiled a public Truth and Freedom monument outside the Mercola office in Cape Coral, Florida.

By the early 1900s — literally a century ago — journalists like Upton Sinclair and George Seldes were discussing the corruption of the media, how they were owned by big business with a profit agenda, and how they were not dealing squarely with investigative reporters.

For propaganda to be effective, there needs to be central coordination of narratives, and that’s where public relations agencies come in. Few appreciate the power that these companies have. Two-thirds to 80% of the content broadcast and published by corporate media comes from public relations firms, so most of the so-called “news” is actually brainwashing propaganda.

Other common PR tools include “public protests,” which are actually made up of people hired by the PR company, and media will of course be sent there to cover it, and front groups, which are paid by industry to promote a particular view that benefits that industry.

While COVID mortality in Marik’s ICU was half that of his peers, the hospital banned the protocol from being used
Marik sued to get MATH+ reinstated, at which point he was put through a sham peer review. The hospital levied fabricated charges against him and his hospital privileges were immediately suspended.

Marik was also reported to the National Practitioner Data Bank, which makes it near-impossible to get a medical license again in any state. This effectively ended his clinical career. However, Marik is taking a new route. Having discovered the falsehoods that conventional medicine has been built upon, he’s now researching and developing health protocols using lifestyle modification, diet and repurposed drugs.

Continuing his effort to alert people to the global enslavement agenda, Jones wrote “The Great Reset: And the War for the World.” The book details how the takeover began, how it’s being implemented, and to what end.

The world is at a crossroads right now. The decision to be made is whether we’re going to have a pro-human future, or a transhumanist technocracy, a biomedical tyranny, under which you have no rights whatsoever.

Jones traces the beginning of the desire for a global totalitarian regime all the way back to Plato, who in “The Republic” expressed the idea that the poor ought to be killed off, and a race with elite characteristics be bred.

British economist Thomas Robert Malthus proposed exterminating poor people 300 years ago by crowding and disease in order to prevent overpopulation. Malthus was heavily funded by the British royal family and the Rothschilds, who together with the Rockefellers, developed most of the modern sciences. His ideas continued down through Sir Francis Galton, who developed modern eugenics, and Bill Gates.

OCA is one of the philanthropic organizations that we support, and Cummins shared some exciting updates in the field of organic and biodynamic agriculture.

One of OCA’s major endeavors is the Billion Agave Project, an ecosystem-regeneration strategy being used by Mexican farms to turn agave into inexpensive animal feed.

While small farms around the globe are using organic methods to grow food, they’re not getting credit for the truly sustainable farming methods they’re embracing because they’re not certified.

OCA’s No. 1 project is to replace “the bogus carbon credits” with a system that measures the ecosystem services that farmers are providing, so they can be paid for these beneficial services along with the food they provide.

OCA and their collaborators are working on a cellphone app that will streamline the organic certification process, enable farmers to apply to be certified organic and demonstrate higher levels of regenerative practices.
