Most EMF sensitive people said they get sick from using a grounding mat, when I did a poll in 2 different groups, including myself. I'm not against grounding, but grounding in a EMF polluted environment can cause problems. So far I have never felt obvious bad effects when grounding outside with my feet in the grass, but when trying grounding via an outlet many years ago I felt all kinds of effects and then the Dirty Electricity wasn't even that bad yet.

___ EMF meters ___

There are different shops to buy these from. Examples:

Esmog Spion 5G --- https://www.esmog-shop.com/messtechnik/endotronic/
Gigahertz ME3851a --- https://gigahertz-solutions.com/Measurement/Low-Frequency
EMFfields PF5 --- https://safelivingtechnologies.com/products/pf5-pocket-emf-detector.html
BK Precision 2709B --- https://www.tequipment.net/BK/2709B/Handheld-Multimeter/
EMF-390-V2 --- (Amazon, Ebay)
Erickhill RT100 --- (Amazon, Aliexpress, Ebay)

___ How to buy a multimeter to measure body voltage: ___

The BK-Precision in this video has a resolution of 0.1mV but that is overkill I think,
for EMF sensitive people a resolution of 1mV should already be enough.
I recommend buying one with True RMS because your meter should then be higher quality.
ChatGTP recommends one with 10MΩ (or higher) input impedance to avoid inaccurate readings + preferably an accuracy of at least ±2% (lower is better).
So in summary: 1mV resolution, True RMS, 10MΩ (or greater) input impedance.
Even the BK-precision I used in this video is a budget meter still. For body voltage it will work though, it complies to everything that is required. The meter has strengths but also flaws, be aware of that! There are probably better devices available for the same price, it's just something I bought a while back. It's frequency range is probably limited between 50Hz - 500Hz for measuring body voltage. A quality EMF meter should have a wider frequency range and can have more useful functions for EMF sensitives. Keep in mind that multimeters were not designed for EMF sensitive people.

btw, in the magnetic fields test, I must have accidently enabled the hold on the Erickhill, which is easy to do by accident because it's the same button to power the device on. Luckily it doesn't matter in that test, doesn't change a thing, the Erickhill measured nothing there anyway.

It is interesting that cows sense and avoid stress lines,
whilst sensitive people are labelled crazy for sensing and avoiding similar energy.
If earth stress lines are real, which it very well could be,
since something is apparently measurable with scientific equipment,
this should be commonly tested and addressed to improve peoples health
and to avoid structural damage to buildings over time.
I think we could develop better scientific equipment than seen in this video,
(but this may exist already, I haven't research that yet).
If you know me, I would of course like to have one with audio,
if that would be technically possible and useful,
since that usually impresses people more.

It's good to remain critical, because what people think or interpret
sometimes turns out to be slightly different when we learn more or
re-discover what was lost, chunks or details in that documentary
may have to be corrected or nuanced, just don't throw out the baby
with the bathwater, as the saying goes, when you watch the
complete documentary linked to below.

I would be careful with dowsers, I'm sure there can be crazies
and scammers among those that will try to get your money. Also,
some people are probably a lot better at this job than others.
I personally would only rely on people that can measure
earth disturbances with modern technology, a scientific approach,
even though some people might be able to do it cheap and reliably
with dowsing rods. There may remain a chance that
their method is flawed somehow though.
I'm not very familiar with earth disturbances myself,
I don't have the equipment to measure that,
but I find it a very interesting subject to look into.

I like using a custom scale factor (which is an option in Windows) when doing screen recordings since scaling makes it much easier for the viewer to see everything. The resolution i used is 1920x1080. Recording in 60fps is better than 30fps if you want to have the mouse cursor move smooth in your video. Even when you convert or export a 60fps recording back to 30fps with your video editor it looks better than when it was recorded in 30fps to start with, which is what I did for this video.

On the new Esmog Spion I would also recommend to screw on 2 antenna's (one on each side) before turning the device on (an additional safety precaution which reduces chance on damaging the device).

The other devices that didn't detect much also have their strengths, they are not useless,
they are more useful for different things.
All devices have pros and cons.

BK Precision 2709B:
This is a budget multimeter. Good multimeters cost a lot. Fluke seems to be the best brand, but it is expensive, and just for measuring body voltage this BK Precision is fine, just know that it has flaws like all multimeters in this price range. Also know that a too cheap multimeter won't be able to do it (measuring body voltage).

This build is what I'm forced to use to control my computer from a distance, to reduce exposure to manmade Electro Magnetic fields because I can't find relief with other methods and I need to do research about improving health. I have EHS (Electro Magnetic Hyper-Sensitivity), known in the military as Radio Wave Sickness.
Dr. Lisa Nagy who had EHS herself calls it an environmental illness. Healing EHS is often difficult.

Measuring EMF coming from devices, inside your home, can be a problem, because you don't measure the device alone, so for the best result you can go to a zero electric and magnetic environment, like deep inside a forrest.

I was curious about how text to voice translators would pronounce the Tetragrammaton with different vowels.
So far only Microsoft Bing text to voice translator seems to be able to do this.
Let me know if you find others.

If you wanna try yourself, for if you think i did something wrong,
copy/paste the Hebrew letters below (vowels are included, to safe you time)

יהוה (no vowels)
יְהוָה (without holam. see Wikipedia for the info)
יְהֹוָה (correct pronunciation according to Nehemiah Gordon, but please check the dot placement in https://www.lexilogos.com/keyboard/hebrew.htm and read my comment about this in the comment section).
יֲהֹוָה (with the exact vowels of the word "Adonai")

יַהְוֶה (Yahweh according to Wilhelm Gesenius & others)
יֱהֹוִה (intended to be pronounced as Elohim, according to Wikipedia)
יֱהוִה (see Wikipedia for the info)

I was curious if there were conflicts about the name of the God of the bible (in old bibles).

Tetragrammaton timestamps:

Links:

https://bibles-online.net/
The navigation method is changed on their website,
so I made a list of the pages where you can find the name at this date:

1709 1st English American Bible: page 241 (verse 18)
1611 King James Bible: page 723 (verse 18), page 808 (Isaiah 12:2), page 818 (Isaiah 26:4)
1583 Geneva Bible: page 129 (verse 23), page 617 (verse 18)
1569 Spanish Bear Bible: page 123 (but many more verses), page 637 (verse 17)
1568 Bishops Bible: page 168 (verse 19), page 169 (verse 23), page 743 (verse 18)
1549 Tyndale bible: report wrong pages
1541 Great Bible: page: 65 and page 422
1537 Matthew's Bible: page 116 (2 times on this page)

Navigating these bibles is a bit counter intuitive sometimes: in some bibles you can't use the roman numerals in the top corner of the page, but you must use the roman numerals on the head of the chapters. The older the bible, the harder to navigate, the numerals look different.
34=XXXIV
83=LXXXIII or LXXXIIJ
There are sometimes more verses in some bibles that have the name Jehovah or Iehovah, I didn't include them all here, just some, but there aren't many (except for the Spanish Bear Bible). (For not making this video too long I just picked 2 verses for all bibles).

I'm not a scientist but beware that safety of mobile phones is based on similar tests: a non-living dummy head filled with liquid. Safety standards are based on heating effects only... no other biological effects are considered...
Studies were done finding all kinds of biological effects, but they do not use these results for determining safety standards. (So it's like for example buying a car: they say to you: the motor works good, the tires are new, but they hide the fact that the brakes are gone and the seats are covered with cancer causing fabric).
There is no skull in my tests, the glass is a substitute, and like in this test, EMF likely gets into your brain, and there is no skull on your hands, or breasts, etc, and some veins are almost level with your skin.

Maybe it looks weird that Bart Simpson is naked at around 0:43
I only noticed this later, that is just a parody on The Creation of Adam by Michelangelo,
but with Bart Simpson instead of Adam.
You can Google that if you want to see it completely.

Sometimes other sources make it hard to distinguish what a monitor is emitting. This video can in some cases make it easier and it's a fun experiment to show to your friends. instructions:

STEP 1) Know how to use a simple handheld radio that is suitable for this job (some radio's are better than other and some have noise cancelling, which is something you don't want).
If you are new to this, watch the following video first and read the short but
detailed instructions at the end of the video to learn how to use a radio:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3UaZ_0Hbqo

STEP 2) Sometimes it works best when you make this video full-screen, sometimes it works best not full screen. I recommend activating loop (right click on the video) if you have a plasma TV e.g. and plan on going outside to see how far the TV emits.

STEP 3) Watching the flicker doesn't bother me (and shouldn't bother most people), but if you think you are sensitive to light flicker, place a piece of cardboard or something in front of your screen.
Even when i place a large piece of thick aluminium foil in front of my monitor i can hear the radiation. Also I hear it when measuring my monitor or TV in another room through a wall.

If it doesn't work:
A) Go closer to the screen or monitor with the radio.
B) Often you must turn the dial on your radio to receive static on a different frequency before it starts working (and double check if the radio is set to AM).
C) If it still doesn't work, try the same on a different TV or monitor. It doesn't always work well on every screen for some reason.
D) Try full screen and not full screen, sometimes not full screen works better for some reason.

I based the rhythm on this song:
"The Imperial March (Darth Vader's Theme)"
I increased the tempo a bit, because I thought this to be more practical since it's a bit easier to hear the pattern. If you would want to match the tempo to the song, you can use an extension like "Video Speed Manager":
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/video-speed-manager/fkopaaikpmfhpmoobnmklgmcgmhgfkcd/related

Have fun ;-)

I use to think this could be useful to buy new equipment and test a specific screen with this video on YouTube or on a USB stick together with a radio with headphones, but nowadays I think it's much better to buy equipment by testing it with a Gigahertz ME3851a or ME3951A. A radio is useful tool to get an idea of some of the EMF (Dirty Electricity) in your home.

Be aware that some radio's have noise suppression, which is not the kind of radio you want to buy for detecting EMF.
(New radio models sometimes have noise suppression when the previously models didn't have this.)

The Sony ICF-P26 radio measures frequencies between 530kHz to 1605 kHz.

Here is a fun experiment with a Star Wars theme you can do if you have a radio:

You need other devices (not only a radio) to get a complete picture of the full spectrum of manmade EMF in your home, a radio is just a crude device but it's a start. There are simple devices for home use that can measure magnetic fields, electric fields and RFR. The Dirty Electricity (DE) (or EMI) which rides on your cables and radiates in your living space should also be measured with:
a) a simplified device for home use like a Greenwave Dirty Electricity meter, or:
b) with a battery powered oscilloscope (for experts, like some Building Biologists use).

For info on EMF meters watch this video series:

People often do not understand how we EMF sensitives can react
to a laptop or other devices (thinking this is crazy)
but the same people don't realize that I measure stronger magnetic fields
from the laptop in this video than I measured from the high voltage power lines
that I tested... (link below) but people are usually scared or concerned about
high voltage power lines but not laptops... and EMF sensitive people are labelled the crazy ones...
Magnetic fields from power lines is also likely mostly 50Hz or 60Hz,
but magnetic fields from a laptop are often higher frequencies in the kHz range,
which are oscillating much faster.
Most don't realize that probably like 95+% of people are exposed to higher EMF coming from cables and devices inside their own home than from external sources like power lines.
Often the people who believe us the least are the most ignorant
and have never held a quality EMF meter in their hand, ever, and
I would not be surprised this includes the politicians
that made big decisions about our exposure in our living environment and thus our future health.

Be careful for people claiming some product is low EMF. If they made a video, check if they measure honestly and with a quality device. In this video I measure high EMF, while in another video (linked to below) I measure lower EMF but I'm testing the exact same product. It's all about where you place or move your EMF meter.
There can also be big differences when you are working on a device, watching a video, copying files, swiping, etc versus not doing anything with the device when just measuring it in standby.
In the video linked below I measure much less EMF because this test setup was to test the EMF meters, in that video the focus was not to test the laptop !! The EMF is measured quite some distance though.
