In this video we will look at what a bad control arm bushing looks like and replace it with an aftermarket complete lower control arm assembly from rock auto.

This job is very easy to do at about 30-45 minutes per side with the right tools.

I recommend an alignment any time a front end component is changed.

This video should apply to an Honda Odyssey from 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 and 2017 but much of this information will likely be the same for many other model years.

Yellow fogs increase depth perception, contrast, and perform better in rain fog and snow!

Slice salmon into bite sized pieces
Combine soy sauce, tamari, mirin, sesame oil, and Japanese bbq sauce
Add finely diced garlic
Marinade for a few minutes
Air fry at 380 for 10 minutes

Do not overcook, it’s better if they are medium rare

Serve over rice and avocado, garnish with green onion. Drizzle Japanese bbq sauce on top.
