This report will remind of past but recent coded and observed findings regarding a previous coded report about Bob Dylan's "Murder Most Foul" music video where findings in the lyrics suggested Memphis in June at the altar of the rising sun at F sharp which is 6 AM Memphis. This report discusses the recent 05-23-20 Trump declaration deeming places of worship as essential to the public. The May 23 Trump declaration was found to be related to the 09-23-57 date that President Dwight D. Eisenhower federalized the Arkansas National Guard and sent the 101st Airborne Military forces to Little Rock, Arkansas to enforce integration into Central High School that had been previously blocked by Governor Faubus who had activated the National Guard to prevent integration. Dwight D. Eisenhower took immediate action and federalized the Arkansas National Guard while paratroopers from the 101st Airborne Division secured positions around the Central High School. The Trump declaration and the 9-23 event involving Eisenhower will be shown to be numerically coded and will be discussed. Final discussion point will expand into a discussion involving the Governors of the United States and the modern-day challenges that Trump as President has to contend with Governors that would defy his orders.

A controversial bill to ban cash payments of $10,000 and impose two-year jail sentences for people using cash for purchases above that limit, has passed the Lower House, but will not become law until after a Senate inquiry looks into the proposed laws.

Paying more than $10,000 in cash could make you a criminal under the proposed law.
"The cash payment limit will also help to disrupt organised crime syndicates, who try to wash the cash from the proceeds of manufacturing and selling drugs and other serious crimes through the legitimate economy.
