What is the "PREDICT 2 Study"? The study is being done for personalized responses to dietary composition.
"Foods in the human diet can affect the development of diseases over time, such as diabetes or heart disease. This is because the amount and types of foods in the diet we eat can affect a person's weight, and because different foods are metabolised (processed) by the body in different ways."

Progress from 3-16-2019.

My physique progress so far. Still got some work to me here and there, but so far so good.
I'm currently on a Bulking program I made so my weight and body fat% will be going up till I stop the bulk and start cutting. 💪
