Learn how to create Solar Eclipse Melt and Pour Soap with the Natures Garden Creative Team!

DIRECTIONS
1. Clean and sanitize your work area along with all of your materials. We also suggest that you wear protective clothing, protective gloves, and a hair net while making this recipe. Also, prepare a bottle of isopropyl alcohol.

2. Weigh out and melt 336 grams of the Diamond Clear Melt and Pour Soap Base.

3. Melt the soap in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each 30-second burst, until the soap is in a fluid state.

4. While your soap is melting, in a small bowl, mix 1/8 tsp Onyx Sparkle Mica with a few grams of Vegetable Glycerin. Stir. Set aside.

5. In a second small bowl, weigh out 10 grams of the Solar Eclipse Fragrance Oil. Set aside.

6. Once your soap base has melted, add both the color you prepared and the Solar Eclipse Fragrance Oil. Stir.

7. Pour the soap into 3 cavities of the Basic Circle Mold. Spray the soap with isopropyl alcohol to release any air bubbles. Allow the soap to set up before removing the soap from the mold.

8. Prepare a piece of wax paper or parchment paper. You will be pouring your melted soap onto this piece of paper, so you want to make sure your work area is covered.

9. In a small mixing bowl, melt 25 grams of the white melt and pour soap base. Melt the soap in 15-second intervals, stirring gently and slowly in between each 15-second burst, until the soap is in a fluid state. Be very careful not to overheat. Use 15-second bursts until the soap is completely melted.

10. Pour the wax or parchment paper. Roll the outer edges of the circle in the melted soap until you are happy with the results. Repeat if desired for a thicker white outer layer.

11. Dust the outer layer with the micas until you are happy with the sparkle.

12. Your Solar Eclipse Soap is now ready to use! Enjoy!

Pour the soap into the mold. Spray with alcohol to release any air bubbles. Allow the soap to set up before moving on.

Weigh out and melt 188 grams of the Diamond Clear MP Soap. Melt the soap in the microwave in 30-second intervals until the soap is in a fluid state using a microwave-safe bowl for soap making.

Add 6 grams of the Tropical Escape Fragrance Oil and 2 grams of the Vanilla White Stabilizer. Stir.

In a small bowl, blend 1/8 tsp Summer Sunshine Shimmer Mica with a small amount of alcohol. Add this to your melted soap base and stir.

Spray the soap in your soap mold with alcohol and pour the melted soap into the soap mold. Spray with alcohol to release any air bubbles. Allow the soap to set up before moving on.

Weigh out and melt 188 grams of the Diamond Clear MP Soap. Melt the soap in the microwave in 30-second intervals until the soap is in a fluid state using a microwave-safe bowl for soa..

DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare the crust. Weight out 150 grams of Pillar of Bliss Candle Wax. Melt the wax to 195F. Add 1-2 drops of the Golden Honey Liquid Candle Dye. Use a toothpick to add a very small amount of the Brown Liquid Candle Dye. Stir.

2. Allow the temperature to drop to 180F. Add 15 grams of the Italian Bistro Fragrance Oil. Stir.

3. Drop the temperature to 140F. Pour it into the break bar mold. Allow the wax to set up before removing it from the mold. Set aside, for now.

4. While you are waiting, prepare the cheese. To a clean pouring pot, add about 50 grams of the Pillar of Bliss. Melt to 195F. Use a toothpick to add a tiny amount of Ivory Liquid Candle Dye to achieve a mozzarella cheese color. Stir.

5. Allow the temperature to drop to 180F. Add 5 grams Italian Bistro Fragrance Oil. Stir.

6. At 140F, pour the wax into the square or rectangle soap mold. Allow to set up before removing from the mold.

7. Use your cheese grater to grate the cheese colored wax. Set aside.

8. Prepare your pepperoni. Place a piece of wax paper in your work area.

9. To a clean pouring pot, add about 50 grams of the Pillar of Bliss. Melt to 195F. Add 1-2 drops of the Red Liquid Candle Dye. Use a toothpick to add a tiny amount of Brown Liquid Candle Dye to achieve a pepperoni color. Stir.

10. Allow the temperature to drop to 180F. Add 5 grams Italian Bistro Fragrance Oil. Stir.

Learn how to make a flameless candle with the Natures Garden creative team!

Clean and sanitize your work area as well as your packaging.  When melting your candle wax, we recommend using a double boiler.  Add a few inches of water to your pot and place it on the stovetop on medium heat.  When melting the wax, place your pouring pot inside this pot.

1. Prepare your waffle embeds. Weigh out 35 grams Pillar of Bliss. Melt the wax to 195F using the double boiler method. Add 1 drop Golden Honey Nature Friendly Liquid Candle Dye. Stir.
2. Allow the wax temperature to drop to 180F. Add 3 grams Blueberry Waffles Fragrance Oil.
When the wax is 175F, pour it into 5 cavities of the mini waffle mold. Allow them to set up before removing them from the mold. Set aside.
3. Weigh out 625 grams of the Joy Wax to 200F using your double boiler. Add 3 drops of the Purple Nature Friendly Candle Dye and 2-3 drops of the Navy Blue Nature Friendly Candle Dye. Stir.
4. Allow the temperature to drop to 170-175F. Add 62 grams of the Blueberry Waffles Fragrance Oil. Also, add about 1/8 tsp of the Iridescent Radiance Mica. Stir.
When the temperature drops to 160-165F, pour about 120 grams of the wax into five of the 8 oz tins. Set the remaining wax aside. Allow the wax to set up before moving on.
5. Using your double boiler, reheat the remaining wax just until it is melted, about 160F. Pour the wax on the top of each of the five candles and add a waffle embed in the center of each candle.
6. Allow the candles to cure for a few days before using.

Less than 1 gram Iridescent Radiance Purple Mica

Note: Although we have this recipe listed under hot process soap recipes, this recipe could be used to make cold process soap instead if you desire. Note: If this is the first time you are ever attempting the process of making soap, please review these classes to familiarize yourself with the processes. It is imperative that you are familiar with the soap making process and soap making safety prior to making this recipe.

In a bowl, weigh out the appropriate amounts of the Sweet Almond Oil, Avocado Oil, Shea Butter, Argan Oil, Coconut Oil 76, Sunflower Oil, and Castor Oil.

Turn your crockpot on low heat. Place all of your oils and butters into the crockpot. Heat this until all of the ingredients are in a liquid state.

While your ingredients are melting, in separate bowls, weigh out your lye and water. Prepare your lye solution. Slowly add small amounts of the lye to the water, stirring in between the addition of the lye to the water. NEVER add the water to the lye!

Add the lye solution to the crockpot. Stick blend until your lye solution reaches trace.

At this time, with the crockpot on a low setting, place a lid on the pot and allow the soap to cook, stirring every 10-15 minutes. During this step, you will notice that the mixture is beginning to dry out, especially along the sides. The mixture will also take on more of a wax look. Keep periodically stirring; you want ..

We recommend wearing gloves and a face mask while preparing this recipe.  Also, clean and sanitize your area as well as the equipment that you will be using.
Total Amounts:
454 grams Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
454 grams Coarse Himalayan Pink Salt
85 grams Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI)
28 grams Watch Out Romeo Fragrance Oil
Kit Exclusive White Jars w/ Lids

In a deep mixing bowl, weigh out 454 grams of coarse Himalayan Pink Salt, 454 grams, fine Himalayan Pink Salt, and 85 grams Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate.
Stir until everything is evenly dispersed.
Add 28 grams of the Watch Out Romeo Fragrance Oil.
Again, stir.
Add the salts to your white jars.
Place a lid on each jar.
To use simply place a couple teaspoons under warm running bath water.
