Hi there Adventurers, it’s Chris AKA NAS and we’re joining Glamek Wildsong on today’s adventure. I hope all it going well, and let’s dive right in.

Long story short. Glamek kind of HAS to go to the city, and he isn’t happy about it. He’s to turn the bounty to the Jarl’s advisor in the court of Whiterun. Garm also decided to pass for some reason. Not far down the road, Glamek and Cami meet a group of adventurers (3:55) who ask for his help in purging an alleged source of evil nearby. Glamek agrees, but after he runs this errand and accompanies Cami back home where it’s safe.

Along the road some wildlife, bandits, undead, and a random Imperial all catch some mace to the face while the pair check out the Ritual Stone (8:55) and then they come back to the bandit tower that he’d cleared the day before. After scooping up some loot that had been overlooked, Glamek shows Cami the spot of the fight where he’s gotten his mask, Krosis. Chills run up his spin as he recalls the events.

He stands before the wall, (15:30) feeling the energy and taking it all in for a moment longer before snagging some additional loot. After some chiding and convincing from Cami, Glamek agrees to enter the outside of Whiterun, but silently know’s he’s going to end up inside. Will it please Cami? Likely, but it is also the only way to collect the bounty.

Two skeevers, one bolt as they say.

On the road back, (23:38), the two chance upon what ends up being a set up and Cami is hurt pretty badly as Glamek attempts to defend her. In the melee, he does his best to protect her but she proves capable of taking care of herself at the end. Not long after, she points out that a camp up in the hills isn’t much safer than the road. Finally (27:10), they arrive at the outskirts with Glamek having a quick conversation with the carriage man. He points out a city rivalry that Glamek doesn’t care about and moves on.

Eager to be done with this, the couple make their way through the city as quickly as possible (but trying to listen to conversations, get the lay of the land), wanting to be done with this. For whatever reason, the courtyard is empty and he must admit that despite more guards, it seems quiet enough.

Inside Dragonsreach, Glamek feels the oppressive walls smothering him, making him eager to once again get outside. He collects his pay and Cami and he decide to check the message boards and the tavern. Said tavern is loud, cramped, and a fight breaks out moments after entering, so Cami mainly does the socializing and Glamek looks for some work. The night ends with Glamek and Cami heading back to camp, having had an eventful and packed day.

Hey everyone, hope you had fun with us today. Check us out on the next one and don't be shy, comment if you like it! Take it easy.

Hey there Adventurer, thanks for joining me as we continue Fizban’s Adventure as he tries to continue on to the College of Winterhold.

When Lydia takes her watch and Fizban sleeps, he has a lucid and disturbing nightmare, being beckoned by a dark god of some sort, affiliated with nature. There was something dark to it, so Fizban forced himself to flee, being chased until he woke in a flash, startling Lydia. (1:08)

Almost IMMEDIATELY the two are set upon by reiklings, boars and BOY did that mounted terror hit HARD (3:30). Losing track of Lydia most of the fight, Fizban once again nimbly works his way in and out of direct combat, using the terrain and magic to his advantage against a foe who would OTHERWISE be way out of his class and league.

A little too aggressive Fizzy takes a MASSIVE hit full on, seeing stars and red for a moment before coming to (MY FAVORITE PART! “WHOOO, saw THAT” 7:38). The battle ends, thankfully, and the pair collect themselves, share a laugh and move on.

After a few encounters typical of Skyrim, he arrives at Anga’s Mill (17:43), moving on quickly. Up the road, Fizban and Lydia encounter a trio of Adventurers (20:45) and upon hearing their half cooked tale, Fizban decides to accompany them after some deliberation. If these were bandits leading him into a trap, it is better him and Lydia than some hapless travelers.

“Being good isn’t always supposed to be easy,” Fizban mutters (22:23) as he is within a metaphorical stone’s throw away from Windhelm, thus the carriage, and thus the College. But PERHAPS this will be a milk run. He wanted to trust these Adventurers and placing trust in someone, and surviving battle with them, there is no stronger bond to be forged.

The 5 Brave Adventurers arrive at Morvunskar (25:15) and without warning or anything of the sort, they are set upon by enemies (25:38). Almost immediately they can be identified as Daedra worshippers, something that Fizban isn’t sold on as being bad. However, seeing as THESE ones attack without provocation, he’ll chalk these up as BADDIES.

After concluding the battle, or so it seemed, the two groups politely parted ways. However, it soon became apparent that they lost one of their own and Fizban expressed his condolences before moving a bit deeper into the tunnels (37:40).

Finally, he chances upon a cruel murderous mage who Fizban puts down (40:40). After seeing what he’d been up to, Fizban decided Naris deserved a LOT worse, but once you’re dead, you’re dead. Right? Fizban puts one last arrow in him just to make sure.

In relatively high spirits, Fizban remember’s Windhelm, kind of souring that, but only slightly as the move on (42:50) once leaving the cave. Rampant with racism, hate, and a Jarl full of spite and murder, Fizban has enough, deciding to turn in and leave as soon as possible (52:00).

Finally getting to the tavern, the pair witness a fight and rack out.

--BREAK--
Hi all, it’s been a blast getting here with you. Tomorrow, the plan is to take a carriage and check out the college, and he has trouble sleeping, taking second watch! We’ll see you then!

Greetings there Adventurer, welcome back. If it’s your first time, WELCOME instead, and I encourage you to check out Glamek’s first video, I’ll link it below.

Today, we continue our Adventures with Glamek Wildsong, several days after getting married on a drunken whim to Camilla. Glamek discusses how things have changed after the event before noting both Garm and Cami will be staying at the camp more permanently and Glamek would be solo traveling for a while at least.

When leaving, he suddenly realized (5:50) that he’d left the boy he spotted all by himself, well, all by himself. When he comes back, the two talk and “Jimmy” needs to be brought back home...In the EXACT OPPOSITE DIRECTION of the tower he was supposed to be clearing.

Moving west to Roriskstead, Glamek skirts danger that he’d normally engage in the interest of keeping “Jimmy” safe. After traversing the mountains, the pair note a giant camp (18:00) with an interesting tree that they move to check out, noting Sleeping Tree giant camp.

Eventually the investigate what is Gjukar’s Monument. While Glamek doesn’t know it’s origins and decides to leave the gear, he takes the flowers (21:11) and shares a little story before continuing towards Rorikstead.

Glamek Skyrule #5 Sometimes you have to stop and smell the flowers.

Moments AFTER taking a moment to slow down and smell the flowers, Glamek and Jimmy narrowly avoid (22:50) running into so behemoth of a sabercat. Thank Hircine they slowed down just a bit, but Glamek would be back. Up along the road, he avoids most people but stops and talks to Erik, a nice enough fellow. Glamek will eventually talk to the man’s father and see what he can do.

When the boy, Floki, and his mother are reunited, (25:00) Glamek declines any payment, but the mother repays kindness for kindness. He investigates the cats again on the way back, deciding not today. But on his map, he marks it, Hircine demands it.

After taking an arrow to the thigh after attempting to investigate what he THOUGHT was an abandoned ruin, he continues on and finds an amazing site (36:00, an interesting unmarked location) that seems to be either a fight pit, mass burial, or maybe prior battle. The wonder and serenity is broken by a murderous poacher though, spurring Glamek to continue on. The snow picks up just before he gets to Cami and the camp, dropping off some flowers before moving on (39:30).

Questioning his judgment to venture out in the blizzard, Glamek actually uses it to his advantage when commencing his attack on Valtheim tower (44:05).

Tragedy after a shooting star (46:05). Listen to that bandits last words. If he’d have spoken them a moment sooner, I’d maybe have stayed the bolt...

After clearing the bandits out, (49:25) Glamek decides to camp out there for the night and in the morning to go grab both Cami and Garm to visit Shearpoint. But NOT before taking a moment to admire the night sky.

Good day Adventurer. Welcome as we join Fizban and his travel’s through Skyrim. After a night of WELL DESERVED rest, in a BED mind you...He reconfirms to himself that it’s time to head to the College of Winterhold. Eager to continue leaving a positive impact in his wake, AND having Lydia to help, he decides to take out the bandits at Voltheim Tower as it’s en route. After wrapping up several loose ends, they’re off (12:15).

As the trio of Fizban, Lydia, and Blue once again set off, once out into town, they are shocked as a dragon descends from the mountains, recognized as an Ash Dragon (14:00). Townsfolk join in, Fizban yelling frequently to help them avoid attacks as he assists with both arrows and magic to boot. Once again, Fizban feels the rush and pain of the dragon’s soul being ripped from it’s mortal form...it leaves him unsure of how to feel.

There’s a scarce moment when Fizban thinks Blue may have been lost in the battle, but the two are reunited before once again heading off with the Housecarl (17:50). Not long after, they come to the bandit controlled tower and proceed to clear it.

Once crossing the river and looking off into the mountain, Fizban couldn’t explain it but he could feel...something. Or some THINGS. There was that hum, beckoning him that he’d felt Bleakfalls. But there was something else, something that sent his senses screaming for him to go back. It made him uncomfortable, and that made him set off to resolve that feeling, see the sources.

Lydia and Fizban set up into the mountains, the harsh and biting winds tearing into their clothing and as cold as it is, they freeze, setting their eyes upon ANOTHER dragon (34.33). After a magical barrage he hadn’t yet accomplished before, they slay the Earth Dragon. Now, granted, he has no idea what this Dragonborn thing means, not for him or in any other capacity, but yes, this third time, there’s something happening each times he kills a dragon. After going to grab a chest and approach another of those Walls, out of a sarcaphagus flies some sort of mage. After an underwhelming fight (38:50), possibly my staff sucks all his magicka, Fizban recovers an artifact thrumming with energies, the mask of Krosis.

Taking a moment to gather the Powers from the Wall, Fizban chances upon a corpse with a Shrine to Julianos and accepts both his blessing and patronage (43:25). Then, the pair moves down the mountain, chancing upon a group of bandits who were using Irkngthand ruins as a base. Feeling confident after just having taking down two dragons, and some undead mage thing, he confidently engages the bandits (45:45) and routes or kills them.

After taking a moment to secure the camp, he and Lydia set watch and rest for the night with the plan of moving on to the college on the morrow.

0:00 – 0:23 Greeting.

1:52 In character

Greetings Adventurers, today we pick up with Glamek Wildsong as he heads east, generally at least.

After just having been accosted and forced into combat by a bounty hunter, now he starts this adventure starting down 2 armed humans who seem to be up in arms and agitated. Perhaps they too were extorted by the bounty hunter, or have been attacked recently?

Moving over to assist and investigate (1:52), he’s mentally congratulating himself on avoiding a conflict, when he’s smashed upside the head with a club, or maybe 2 and the conflict doesn’t end as Glamek initially hoped it would.

Shaking it off, along with everything else behind him (physically and mentally), he continues east, trying to make sure to focus on keeping his gaze and attitude moving forward. Mulling over things, he assesses he needs to stop simply fleeing, or running away from things and instead move or run towards something, have a goal.

Life sometimes demands action. An example of said actions, is avoiding Riften, Riften proper, and the guards to avoid needless bloodshed.

Trying his best to keep his spirits up, he cannot help but note that it seems Hircine’s ire is directed at him, which is somewhat understandably. It was obvious the spurned God had his intentions on putting Glamek down, but he defiantly continues, even passing (6:25) Redwater Den. It was inhabited by vampires, and he’s came by once before when he was wounded and drugged/poisoned by Cami. Since they left him well enough alone though, and didn’t attack, the Half Elf just vowed to come back one day.

Nature is out in full fury the entire duration of the trip, and while it could be Hircine, it never really dawns on Glamek, that this could all just simply be: Skyrim. While skirting Goldenglow Estate and Riften, he thinks back to the Orc he’d met, talking about going to hunt Vampires or something out east.

Maybe that could be an objective goal?

Mentally, Glamek is thinking how nice it is to be on the move, reflecting. How the weather here isn’t...ideal, but it isn’t bad. It’s actually nice and refreshing in it’s newness. His peaceful thoughts are shattered (10:28), at least momentarily--and rather ironically.

Don’t let your environment dictate you, dictate your environment. Sometimes, the best thing you can do is move to a place, move away from what is keeping you unhappy, or move to something that will make you happy.

Yes. Sometimes, life demands actions.

12:00 I don’t like cities. I don’t like people. And I don’t like city people.

These thoughts too, are blown away as Glamek hears another bear’s growl. It’s almost as if this area has a higher frequency of bears, and nothing to do with Hircine? But this is lost on Glamek, more so as he finds, of all things.

A cave. A wondrous…cave. He spends some times plotting his life around it, and how wonderful it could be, before parting ways with it (at least for now) and carrying on.

Not long after a grueling and wonderful confrontation with a conjurer, Glamek chances upon a pair (15:42) on the road. True to his nature, his initial intention is to simply bypass the duo entirely. While in the process of doing just that, one of them call out for help, claiming to be in danger, of a vampire, of all the things it could be.

And true to his nature yet again, he stops and in spite of his own best interest and his pragmatic nature, to see if they needed aid...only to be attacked yet again.

After finding some respite from Skyrim’s violent nature, (18:50), Glamek takes some time to reflect. About the imbalance in his life, pondering on how the curse of Hircine made it almost impossible to gain balance over his life. He reflected on how it was almost impossible to do so, when his body and nature and soul all demanded action, constantly calling on him to move.

It seemed impossible to ever find moments to focus on self awareness in all of this. Oh, Glamek. The irony staring him right in the face, but he always fails to see it.

Finally, coming down the mountain, (19:50) still deep in thought, he decides to continue on the path of becoming a vampire hunter. Maybe killing those things, and getting paid for it, could help him find his purpose.

Right back into the cold.

His eyes constantly are drawn to the skies, both moons, Masser and Secunda glaring down at him. It has him note to himself, if feels as if Hircine’s eyes and ire both are on him.

After finding himself lost in thought, occasionally stirred from them by the presence of a weak and skittish recruit. If this was the quality of recruits this group was pulling in, it was likely a waste of time. The vampires seemed to be no real threat, and these weak fighters may be just what was needed.

But, the promise of septims and adventures, and maybe new companions, they had him finally arriving (22:45) at the bas

I'm a weirdo. Music is no exception. I tend to hear a song I like and not explore the rest of the musician. Often, I'm left disappointed, so I just don't do it routinely, if at all. One of my favorite songs is BucketHead's "whitewash" but this some came up in my feed one day. 99 times out of 100, at least, I ignore stuff like this.

But I look for connections. Always. I just looked and thougt: Solitude. I wonder. Is this song, in some way, going to "feel" Skyrim, because the name, personally. Took me RIGHT to Solitude. The buildings looming over head, winding streets, sounds of the Bard's College leaking out into the night.

Is this song going to feel like... me? And sure enough, it did that too.

Man. My mind is full today. I'd rather be in Skyrim.

8:00 – 11:36 The Revenant, The Werebeast, and their Sword Part 2.

There was a brutal battle between a werewolf slayer and his prey, a grey, wise werewolf. He’s been hunting this one for several years now.

It had cost the Hunter his wife, who couldn’t stay at home for some man who seemed destined find himself dead in the freezing wilderness instead of at home, in a warm bed, with her.

It had cost him several friends now too, as they had died leading up to this.

While the wolf was grey with age, it was scarred greatly. This meant it had survived many battles and was no push over.

But this man, he had a special advantage, his silver sword. This would be what would turn the tide. Finally and for the last time.

And indeed, the first time the blade bit home and drew blood, the werebeast howled angrily and attacked with such a rage that the hunter barely evaded the savage swipes.

After the second sword wound opened up, the wolf finally seemed to be slightly more apprehensive, stalking, almost thinking. But the man knew these beasts were thoughtless monsters, not human at this time.

So when he went to raise his blade over his head and come down with a final strike, he was surprised when the creature lunged forward and bit his forearm with a sickening CRUNCH.

The weapon clattered to the ground, as did the Hunter after a backhanded punch sent him to the floor.

When he woke up, the wolf that was before him was now a man, standing before him. He was in pain and bleeding...but not dead.

The Hunter had failed, and in that moment of irony. The man stood over the Hunter, and plunged the silver sword into his heart. The hunter was dead at the hands of his own silver weapon.

It was many, many moons after the Hunter had fallen, but the Grey Wolf moved on. But still the challengers came. They came and fell.

But no matter how long you wait, and how far you flee. You can’t hide from who you are, and what you’ve done.

But one day, he himself was eager to get back to Sovengarde and through an arduous journey, one for another day, he had freed himself of the changing curse.

In that journey, he brought that sword with him. A reminder of his savage days, and took up smithing. That sword one day, broke, the blade itself SNAPPING in two. This blade was fixed at the forge, newer and now more of him was poured into this blade, it’s new edge sharp and gleaming in the sunlight.

Later, the crossguard. Pommel. Handle, all broke, only to be replaced by his own personal upgrade. The sword was his just as it was, but at the same time, it seemed entirely new. It had transformed, in one way, but the sword’s history and meaning were what held value to the Man, Not the appearance. The weight was different, the feel. The soul and story of this sword sung to the heavens.

He now lived as a Man, not a wolf. So when one day, a necromancer attacked him, eager to claim the bounty of the Grey Wolf, the man tried to explain, and make amends, but they’d have none of it.

Finally, they came face to face, and next to the necromancer was an undead thrall who’s lifeless, blue and milky white eye suddenly flared red the moment, they locked on the man’s.

Without a word, the thrall shot it’s hand out and smashed the necromancer in the face with his axe.

There was a sickening thud and a bluish black flash. By all accounts, the thrall should have died. But instead it attacked the Man.

The two fought for several long minutes, both wounding one another heavily. Finally the man severed the head of the thrall and the lifeless body fell to the ground, and rolled to where the bleeding and dying man now sat down.

“You never should have hunted me to begin with. The choices you have made in your life have brought you here,” said the man to the head who by all measure of logic should be dead.

But the head’s eyes glowed a magic red, a hateful red. “That’s the...same sword...MY sword… The sword that killed me...”

The sentence ended as the Man died, and so too, did the Revanant’s hate.

But the real question is. Was that the SAME sword?

After several nights of laying around and drinking more than eating, Fizban has been sleepless and anxiety ridden. And also, plagued by nightmares. Eager to be push back the memories of what happened while hoping that either drinking would make them go away, or that they’d simply just stop, he soon came to realize these weren’t nightmares, as he was having them awake.

Hearing voices, pushing him to power. Promising him all sorts of things. Magic powers. Minions. Access to knowledge like the Dwemer had below.

After feeling like he was going crazy, he decided the best thing to do was get out and do something, ANYTHING.

He’s pushed away both Lucien and Bree and both had been upset, understandably so.

So after cleaning up, and attempting to calm himself and steady himself, Fizban goes out into the main area of the tavern (1:36 )and finally has THE TALK with Lucien, while Bree mainly listens on, offering little.

While Lucien and Fizban had grown closer, of late Bree and Fizban had grown apart. But, only since...that night. Perhaps, it wasn’t she who had changed?

Pushing visions and voices away, along with the desire to just leave both Lucien and Bree behind as they are too worried about love, and each other to actually attain any TRUE power, he snaps back to reality, having missed what Lucien was prattling on about.

“And to be honest, both myself and Bree are worried and noticed...something,” said Lucien.

Fizban hadn’t heard, and asked “sorry, uh. What?”

Then Lucien, to his credit, calls out Fizban on his behavior. Honestly, Fizban cannot explain it so he doesn’t try to, only explaining to Lucien he’d try when he was well.

He could divulge to Lucien and Bree what he knew happen, but what would they think of him, killing and leaving a Vigilant… And what about...after? He’d have to either make this right, or sort it out.

And there was Arkay. Whatever connection he’d had was severed since that moment. The silence there was soul crushing.

He didn’t even know where he’d begin.

Finally though, the friction breaks and Fizban feels like himself again, asking for some drinks and food, and promising to go out and take a nap after getting a cure disease potion. And after some eating and drinking he does just that.

Not long after he wakes up, the trio head out (4:55). All are in better spirits, well. Save for perhaps Bree. She was still cold and distant.

The light seems to piece his soul...and his skull. Being cooped up inside, drinking for several days had taken its toll. Or perhaps it was the light, pushing away the Darkness that had been creeping up? Lucien and Fizban chat, while Fizban opts to take a route...away from the House. Who knows what would happen this time?

They did go through the city last time, but this time, it all felt different. New. Granted, last time they had walked around so long that night fell, so things were just in a different light, so to speak. Additionally, as they HAD waited so long last time, the Jarl was not in. Now was business as usual so they’d likely be able to talk to him and see what Dwemer artifacts where here and if they could be granted access.

Eager to be away from the noisy market (and happy to be further from the House), they head past the smith, greet some guards, marvel at the architecture, and get lost for a few moments before finally coming to Understone Keep (9:10), home of Jarl Igmund.

The weight of the world seems upon them again as they enter and to their joy, the Jarl is in. After conversing (13:23) about jobs, potential work, and the potential to enter the ruins, he’s told he can help the Jarl, and Markarth by helping clear out some Forsworn who have been raiding OUTSIDE of Markarth, and also by talking to the Court Mage.

There is a veiled threat, as Igmund seems irritated at Fizban mentioning Forsworn “INSIDE” the city. And you don’t go into someone’s tent and kick their dog. Follow their rules. Upon completion of said conversation, Fizban leads the three out into the main area again, recalling he can turn in the dog meat to the lady inside, giving the dogs a pat and some attention (18:16) while en route.

And finally, they find the entrance to the Dwarven area (19:40) known as Nchuand-Zel. After an initial...confrontation of sorts with Calemo the court Wizard, and meeting his nephew, Aicantar, the two have a discussion.

After the initial friction between the two Mages, they start to speak a bit more freely and relaxed, with Calcemo apologizing, and eventually after sharing some history and facts about the Dwemer, offer Fizban and the group a chance to have access, and they take it!

Eagerly, Bree, Lucien and Fizban head into Nchuand-Zel Excavation site.

So my kiddos were gone, so I did this. At FIRST, I was just going to go over my Dragon kills, but this is also used to highlight the 3 mods in the title (links below).
The #IDIUTT guide to the 3 will be out shortly: (link should be here if it's released)

Cheers!

Hi all. It's Chris, and today we're joining Glamek after hours.
This is going to be a 10 minute shortie, it was just a fun little project that kind of happened and I went with it, trying to play around with my video app at the same time. Two skeevers, one arrow.

Having just cleared the Barrow known as Bleakfalls, Glamek decides to celebrate and get some hot food and some drinks to celebrate with himself.

In spite of himself, when people show up he socializes, albeit only slightly.

Then the skooma flows...

Thanks all, I hope you enjoyed this little piece, and I'm eager to see how it plays out in the story of Glamek.

Thanks and hopefully I'll see you around for our next adventure!

Take it easy.

Context is king.
Glamek Wildsong calls Shearpoint "Frostshear Point."
His first major battle, with now deceased (confirmed?) companion, Garm, was at 'Frostshear Point' against Krosis, a Dragonpriest.
Since that day, and that battle, that spot was a second home of sorts, and place of reflection for Glamek.

Walking away from that spot was the hardest part about leaving Skyrim.

This song is from the Borderlands 2 soundtrack, called "Windshear Waste ambience."

Greetings adventures, welcome and welcome back. Glamek is on another Adventure but this one starts a bit differently: we’re reading a book. I don’t do this often, but with Glamek being a werewolf, and the result of the book (I’ll let you read it and see if for yourself!), I think it is INCREDIBLY relevant and fitting. (0:20 – 2:55). Additionally, the plan is to do less looting, and more exploring and action orientated things.

After accepting Hircine as his diety, he feels an exhilarating rush as he heads off to Bleakfalls Barrow. He finds the tower that Camilla told him about (4:55) and he and Garm take it, moving north to the temple when things are sorted, engaging a trio of bandits before heading inside ( 8:35).

The temple is gloomy and dark which makes Glamek happy for his night vision, gifted to him by his elven blood. Bandits and skeevers are aplenty as the delve deeper, finally finding a massive spider and a double crossing bandit, excuse the redundancy(11:50). When they get to a gate with a riddle, they examine the golden claw, they using it and it’s code to to bypass it (20:15).

Through the gate and into the heart of the cave they discover a strange wall, one that calls out to him just like the one at the mountain where they fought Krosis. And just like that fight, combat ensues. This time though, Glamek is forced to deal with a constant disarm ability, once causing quite the problem before finally neutralizing the Draugr defender.

Glamek Skyrule #4 Fool me once, shame on me. Try to fool me twice, you get a bolt to the face. (Glamek heard the saying translated through Elven, so the translation didn’t make exact sense)

Garm and Glamek then head out, Glamek commenting to the two that he KNEW he had a good feeling about this. The two head into Riverwood, hand the claw to Lucan and decides to head to the tavern for a night of eating, and maybe a bit of socializing. More likely the former than the latter.

Hi guys, thanks for hanging out with Glamek and Garm on their Adventure through Bleakfalls Barrow. After stopping, I’m going to have him go walk around a bit, talk to the people, see what happens and if anything noteworthy happens, or maybe even if it doesn’t, I may post it.

Cheers all.

This is something I stumbled across way back when I was doing Fizban's End of Chapter episode and thought it was so neat, I'd incorporate it into the lore.
Cheers.
Beware the Hunting Ground King.

Hey it's Chris. Some thoughts to add. First, Glamek finds nothing "wrong" or detestable about Hagravens or Briarhearts in that, they choose it. Just as he chooses to accept Hircine's Gift. The issue is the temptation of power. He does NOT assume Hircine does NOT tempt him. He knows it to be Daedric nature.

One thing I PERSONALLY believe is that there is a select group of Daedra [a COVEN perhaps?], who exploit the Hagraven and Briarheart. Hircine, Molag Bol, Malacath and Namira maybe?

Similarly to how the trio of Deadra more or less "teamed" up to exploit elven kind. I think that was Boethiah, Mephala and Azsura?
Also, I think Molag Bol has joined forced before with others, but I cannot recall right now as my head is abuzz with this.

I'd love to know your thoughts!
Take care of yourself, and the ones you love!

Just because someone makes a hammer to pound nails doesn’t mean I can’t pick it up and use it to smash your face in with it.

With that out of the way, I want to talk about hagravens and briarhearts, and daedra.

Again, people complicate things. Daedra generally do not like us. Most desire to change us, manipulate us, alter us so they can get more of what they want from us, and use us for other things. Rarely do they just give us something...JUST for being who we are, and try to keep us that way.

Hagravens and briarhearts serve deadra. Some argue which, and to me, it’s irrelevant.

They want to corrupt mortals. How, and into what, and why, what for...whatever. Don’t complicate it.

So what are Hagravens, and what are briarhearts and why do Daedra allow them to flourish under them?

Hagravens and Briarhearts are corrupted versions of society and people, and what we strive for and what we elevate, but it’s through the eyes of a daedra. Think of it as, them viewing your ACTUAL potential and your ACTUAL worth...but your actual worth and potential to THEM.

They want you to get powerful because then you’re more powerful and a bigger asset or a bigger thing to USE.

You have a Hagraven, A woman who will give up everything for power. Conniving. A cunning predator who makes uses of intelligence. They entice men, and demand the man give up his heart. And in doing so, reduces herself to physically weak, almost dependent, but now powerful and capable. But not independent. And for what? Raw power in place of natural femininity.

And so what you have in your towns and cities is just that now. Women, conniving, lying. Manipulating others and each other, positioning one another so they can be sacrificed and used, and so that She gains.

And then you have the expectation of the man is to give up EVERYTHING. His dreams, his desires. Even his heart and his life. For what? Power. The POWER to protect , the POWER to serve. The POWER to fight for the cause and, whatever cause that is, for whatever daedra that is, in whatever region it is, in whatever era that is. Who cares? And for what? Becoming the embodiment of duty, and no longer being a Man.

Becoming a doing and ceasing to be a being.

And it’s a circle. Women, attracted power and they give up their young beauty for long term power. Me sacrifice themselves and kill each others, for their OWN power. Giving up hearts, and lives to take hearts and lives.

Society is WORSE than the wilds. We LOATHE the hagravens, we LOATHE the briarhearts, we hold them on on the same regard as animals and monsters. Yet we elevate and worship and praise our leaders and our tyrants and our priests, and our rulers and our politicians.

City people have a mirror glaring in our faces in the form of the Forsworn, showing us the rot and stagnation that society unchecked can create.

It’s why I even still detest the forsworn and hagravens and anyone else giving anything to the daedra for POWER.

FOR POWER.

And not instead choosing to walk with that daedra for what they represent. I choose walk with Hircine, because I walk in the Wilds. I will not trade me for power. And I will openly slay any claiming Hircine for their own or claiming to walk with him simply him, SIMPLY in exchange for power, because they are slaves.

Give me the wilds over society any day.

Greetings Adventurer. Today’s Adventure has us catching up with Fizban as he gets up from a night’s rest in Silent Moon Camp having cleared it the prior evening. Waking up, the rain is falling and Faendel’s death seems to be all the more oppressive. Upon making his way towards the city though, he recalls he does have another potential follower, if not friend: Lydia. At the very least, they could travel together to the College of Winterhold.

Once inside the gates, he speaks with people he’d ran errands and worked for, then speaks with Lydia to ask her to accompany him. Note the conversation at 8:13 in the background.

FINALLY, Fizban is ready to leave the city with Lydia (29:55, plus a horse pocket reference). The trio of Fizban, Lydia, and Blue the horse head off to White River Watch (33:02). Upon entering, Lydia seems to be possessed by some Daedra, and Fizban clears the cave in spite of it.

Immediately it’s on to Graywinter Watch, once again by himself as he dismisses Lydia to go cleanse herself. Upon entering, around the corner is a troll! Possibly the worst time to have just dismissed a follower… The good news is that there was actually a second troll! Leaving the cave (57:45) after a fairly intense battle, he and Blue head back to turn in the appropriate items as necessary, also snagging Lydia now that her demons had been exercised. Then, he settles in for the night, finally settling into his own bed, in his own house, for the first time ever.

What an adventure it’s been. And there’s only more tomorrow.

Hi all, it's Chris, AKA NAS. Thanks for hanging out with us on today's adventure, looking forward to the next one!

Greetings Adventurer.
Today, Fizban and Faendel venture out and first greet Embry before checking the message boards. After grabbing some more work in Whiterun, the pair heads out, encountering what looks like a bandit camp just outside the walls of Whiterun (28:15) and score some loot. Finally they glance upon Halted Stream Camp (37:45) and commence an attack, albeit a poorly planned one.

Climbing down into the caves beneath, the Elf and our hero are overwhelmed and narrowly avoid death a few times. Having gone to the well of fortune and came out alive one too many times, disaster strikes when Faendel falls in battle to the Orc Bandit Chief.

Wounded, angry, and taking a lot of time to reflect--as much as the moment allowed, it was then that Fizban realized he needed to stop being so brazen and brash. When leaving the cave and camp though, he finds himself unable to shake the alien feeling of the overwhelming desire to avenge his fallen friend.

Still not thinking clearly, he sneaks into Silent Moon Camp and engages what he THINKS are several bandits that end up being more than a few, and more than a handful (59:55).

Beaten, battered, bruised, and still mourning the loss of his follower, Fizban decides that when this is all finished, he'd have to learn to become more disciplined and capable.

He would head to the College of Winterhold.

Hi all. Please check out my first video talking about what I plan to do here.
Short and sweet:
I roleplay as characters in various walkthroughs of Skyrim.
I try to keep it PG, but will experiment later with other ideas.

I generally just hit record, and role play.

I try to do little editing, so it's often more of an "improv" of sorts, through the lenses of roleplay and character based perspective and immersion.

Cheers.
