Found this video in a few places. This is great stuff, and there are MANY other doctors and medical professionals that agree with this doctor. I am not saying COVID19 isnt dangerous. In the same way that someone would not say the Flu isn't dangerous. It is. They both are. But taking simple precautions can seriously reduce your exposure to it. Wash your hands, dount touch your eyes or face, or mouth, if you are sick stay home. Drink lots of water, take your vitamins, if you have flu-like symptoms, stay home. If it is serious, call your emergency services to help you. Stop living your life in fear. Don't take my word for it though, go do your own research. Look at the medical information regarding masks and how they are or are not useful for this aplication (want a hint? read the box... the box even tells you). Stop believing your TV without looking into things for yourself.
