Something abit different this week, i thought I'd challenge myself by going on my first ever solo camping trip. I hope this will inspire people to get out into nature and challenge themselves.

This week i talk about the shooting at a school in Nashville by a woman who identifies as a man. Also the recent 'Let woman speak' protest in Sydney and the counter LGBTQBLM666 protest.
This week i talk about breaking free from the system. We will never get the change we're after in this world by trying to change this system. Real change will only come when we change ourselves and our way of thinking. Building a new system together that is not dependent on governments and organisations but rather ourselves and our communities.
The absurdity of 2023 continues. With so much going on it's important we stay focused and not fall for the traps.
