The origins of Hamas according to former UN weapons inspector Scott Ritter ... That's right, Israel created Hamas. Kind of destroys the whole narrative these Republican Neocon candidates are using to justify throwing more money at Israel don't it?

Always keep in mind we can't trust anyone on face value .. But I do think Mr Ritter brings up some really good points, such as Israel's role in nurturing Hamas for example, which has been brought up by others like Ron Paul. The C!A's idea of blowback fits in with the statement you mentioned, the more you oppress people, do harm to them, the more they want to retaliate and do harm to you. Scott Ritter has an interesting history though, I might have to cover in another show. He was working for the UN as a weapons inspector in Iraq in the lead up to the war, but he did resign while criticizing the actions or inactions of the UN. He also made alot of enemies in the UN during his breakup, including Sec of State Madeleine Albright, the Bush's and the Clintons. From what I gathered so far he was sounding the alarm against the false pretense of war in Iraq by saying there were no WMDs. More recently he has criticized the war in Ukraine with the Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation included Ritter on a list of what it called "Russian propagandists". So you could say he has made himself a few enemies.

Just thought I'd let out some steam today on the way down the mountain. And no this isn't me defending Hamas, this is me criticizing developed nations like Israel and America, who fund terrorist groups like Hamas and use their own citizens as pawns in order to gain public support for more needless bloodshed for the sole purpose of grabbing more resources and expanding their empire. I know it's a radical thought but if Israel and the US stopped funding terrorist groups there wouldn't be so many terrorists! COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - Union Pacific Railway is looking into the cause of a train derailment near downtown Colorado Springs Monday night. At least eight train cars, carrying what appeared to be military equipment, derailed around 6:30 p.m. near East Las Vegas Street and Janitell Road.

Union Pacific told 11 News that there were no hazardous materials released and that there were no injuries during the derailment.

11 News was first on scene when the cars derailed. We spoke with witnesses in the area, who tell our crews they were startled by the loud sounds.

“All of a sudden, we just heard ‘bang, bang, bang.’ I looked and the cars were just spinning everywhere. Gravel was thrown all over the place,” said Steven Watkins, a witness to the derailment.

Others told 11 News that the derailment lasted about four minutes and the train cars appeared to be hauling military equipment like trucks and tanks.

“It was really loud. It spun around then everything started crashing together. I have never seen anything like that,” said Adolfo Rangel, another witness to the derailment.

East Las Vegas Street was closed from Janitell Road to Highway 85/87 for several hours Monday night. Colorado Springs Police warned drivers to avoid the area all together.

Union Pacific said they will be investigating what happened Monday evening.
