Guys!!! Pretzels are easy!!!
3 cups AP flour
1 little over 1/4 cup water
2 1/4 tsp yeast
2 Tbsp Honey
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp oil any kind just not motor! (Or anything not food grade!)
Knead to bread standards....dry ingredients first..than incorporate wets.....
Let the mix rise a little while....after it grows a couple of sizes..
Separate into smaller pieces
We made multiple chunks in different sizes not caring! 🤣🤣
Let those chill under some clear wrap for an hour or so.
Start a pot with a 1/4 cup of baking soda to a gallon of water. You can adjust the measurements.
Then we took our proofed rolls and boiled them in the mix for 1 minute. Drain and place on to the baking sheet.
Bake for 12 mins ... or until Golden brown
We tossed together a couple things. There is an Arduino Nano, a 4 channel relay and a car door lock mechanism.
I've linked the parts below

This is a basic how-to make prosciutto-wrapped scallops!
Another great day at work!
I love building props. This is one I made a couple years back. This was a basic animatronic with a single servo and a dollar store Halloween prop!
We just like making random fun videos about everything! Lots of food, animatronics, animals, and more!
