We hit on the Sherman Antitrust fraud, and then we dive into an extended section of an excellent discussion of the East Palestine, Ohio derailment, a discussion offered by The Mises Institute that helps clarify the unintended consequences of government intervention, even for things like “safety standards” — a euphemism for government force and threats.
