A Dominion Voting Systems contractor who worked at Detroit’s TCF Center on Election Day testified before the Michigan House Oversight Committee on Dec. 2 that she witnessed at least 30,000 ballots being counted numerous times in Dominion machines.

Melissa Carone, a freelance IT worker who assisted Dominion at Detroit’s ballot-counting site from 6:15 a.m. on Nov. 3 to 4 a.m. the next day, before returning later for several more hours on Nov. 4, said in an affidavit on Nov. 10 that she “witnessed nothing but fraudulent actions take place.”

The affidavit was submitted as a supplement to a lawsuit in Michigan.

“I observed numerous employees, city workers, running batches of ballots through the tabulators countless times, without discarding them first,” Carone said Wednesday, responding to a question from President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani about what she observed while working at the center.

Carone said that the tabulating machines would jam two to three times an hour. She explained that the proper way to scan ballots when there’s a paper jam is to reset the count on the machine, or in other words discard the count, and rescan all of them with the jammed paper on top.

“Instead of discarding, they were just rescanning, rescanning, rescanning,” Carone said. “Counting ballots nine to 10 times.”

Carone noted that there were approximately 22 to 24 tabulating machines where she was working, and that she observed the malpractice “thousands of times” while she was at the site.

We interviewed Yu Chao, a graduate from China's equivalent to MIT. Mr. Yu is a Falun Gong practitioner who revealed the persecution of his faith by the Chinese Communist Party to foreign journalists. He was put in jail for 10 years because of it.

He's an experienced Chinese medicine doctor and had a well-established clinic in Beijing. But now he's been forced to flee the country.

His name is Zhao4 Zhong1yuan2, and he was doing what a doctor does--- treating patients.

But what makes him different is... many of his patients are Chinese human rights lawyers.

"These human rights lawyers, they are the backbone of Chinese society. Their one and only goal are to change China from a country under the rule of man, to one that's under the rule of law. "

These lawyers--his patients--have defended the various victims of the Chinese regime's human rights abuses. Their cases include religious groups like Falun Gong practitioners and land-seizure victims. But after defending the groups, the lawyers themselves also became targets of the regime's suppression.

In 2014, four lawyers visited a detention center in northeastern China, seeking the release of illegally-detained Falun Gong practitioners. Instead, the lawyers were arrested and tortured.

“They have a total of over twenty broken ribs. For Tang Jitian, both his front and back ribs were fractured. // I saw their X-ray images. The images police showed them all had no sign of injury, but when they did the examination on their own again, after they were released, every one of them had injuries. ”

One year later, in July 2015, about 300 human rights advocates in China were rounded up and interrogated across the country. Many of them had their license suspended, while some were detained or sentenced to jail. The event became known as the 709 crackdown.

Among those imprisoned is Beijing-based lawyer, Li--who Doctor Zhao personally treated.

Li suffered a severe leg injury because he was forced to stand in a military posture everyday for three months. He told Zhao that police followed him wherever he went, including the restroom, and controlled every detail of his life.

"For example, if you feel itchy on the face and want to scratch it, No, you have to ask for permission first. "Report! I need to scratch my face!" The police would respond, "where? Left side or right side?" "Left side." Then you are allowed to scratch the left side for one time. If you scratch even one more time, they will hit you. "

Another Lawyer Zhao treated, was severely beaten and couldn't move for three months afterward.

According to a Human Rights Watch report, other means used to torture rights defenders include sleep deprivation and forced medication. Zhao said his friends also experienced this.

Zhao met several human rights activists online about a decade ago. When the head of a Chinese village--who was defending land rights--died in a suspicious accident, Zhao was the first person to pay him a visit.

The trip resulted in his first police interrogation--but also earned him a group of friends who are similarly pursuing democracy and freedom in China.

His clinic in Beijing later became a gathering place for like-minded advocates. After the lawyers were released from prison, they came to him for help and received more than physical treatments.

Once they came to my place, they can now see their like-minded friends, many of those they know before being imprisoned, and they can communicate with each other, then they have that sense of safety again, and it would alleviate their anxiety. "

While he shared their pain, Zhao was also inspired by the lawyers' courage. In 2015, after the crackdown, very few lawyers were left. Even fewer dared to defend the first lawyer arrested in the roundup, named Wang Yu.

But Li, a more than 60-year-old female lawyer, came to Beijing and immediately took the case. At the same time, she prepared for the worst.

Also, questions about the origin of the virus have gone unanswered. Even so, the CCP is trying hard to make people forget where the virus comes from, even throwing out wild charges that the United States is responsible for.

A Personal Statement from Mr. Gang Chen (2003)

My name is Gang Chen and I am from Marlton NJ. I came to U.S. three months ago from Beijing. I used to be the logistics manager at the Beijing branch company of Carlsberg int’l Corp. I would like to share my personal experience as a Falun Gong practitioner in China. In June 2000, I was sent to Beijing Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp for 1-year detention without trial, simply because I practice Falun Gong.

In the labor camp, the police guards used a whole set of brainwash methods to force me giving up Falun Gong. The methods they used included threats, lying, propaganda, physical and mental tortures. On one day of September, 2000 I saw police beating and shocking another Falun Gong practitioner named Tiantong Sun with about 10 electric batons simultaneously, because he refused to attend the convention condemning Falun Gong.

When I was in labor camp, I was only allowed to sleep for less than four hours a day. In September 2000, they did not allow me to sleep for fifteen consecutive days while doing intense labor work, or enduring physical torture during the day. On one day of October, 2000, a policeman whose last name is Shi shocked me continuously with an electric baton to such a degree that large areas of my arms, neck, head and back skin were burned.

Chongqing City suffered the biggest flood in 40 years.

On August 20, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang inspected the disaster-stricken area in Chongqing. It was reported that at least 11 Chongqing activists had been arrested, with their personal freedom restricted. Many activists had been missing.

Around noon on August 20, Chongqing human rights activists were stopped by a group of people on Huangzhu Road in Liangjiang New District. They were forcefully escorted into a car and taken to the Dazhulin Police Station of the Public Security Bureau in Liangjiang New District. Shortly after, they were picked up and detained police from their resident districts. Chen Mingyu said that he was still under surveillance after returning home, and someone followed him when he went out.

According to a rights activist in Chongqing, the whole village of Shuangba in Tongnan District that Li Keqiang inspected was entirely flooded. The water depth is at least one or two meters high and the loss is huge. Villagers’ lives must be very difficult. It was questioned if the victims in the video were arranged in advance

On July 19, 2020, award-winning artist and prominent prisoner of conscience Ms. Xu Na was arrested for the third time in China for practicing Falun Gong (news).

Her whereabouts and condition are currently unknown.

In 2008, Ms. Xu’s husband was killed in custody after being detained ahead of the Beijing Olympics for practicing Falun Gong. The couple’s suffering at the time was documented by Amnesty International, Freedom House, and the United Nations Rapporteur on Extrajudicial Executions as well as reported by media outlets including The New York Times, The Times of London, the Associated Press, and The Epoch Times.
