Lets find out the best way to cook dark meat chicken. All methods tested took less than 30 minutes of "active time" (meaning prep & serve time).
Ended up not recording the steamed chicken part, but included it anyway.
- Steamed in a double boiler for - 20 minutes
- Oven baked for 3 hours @ 200 F wrapped in aluminum foil
- Sous Vide; 8 hours & 4 Hours @ 155 F, then 30 minutes @ 165 F
