Speech by Abrie JF Kilian at the FREEDOM RALLY held on the 17th of September 2021 (3pm) at Owen Sound City Hall.

INTRODUCTION
My name is Abrie Kilian, I am the Owner and Program Director of Kilian Academy a local Martial Arts Academy here in Owen Sound. I am an admitted attorney in the High Court of the Republic of South Africa and presently a Masters at Law student at Osgoode Hall, with a passion for philosophy, ideology and natural law.

I AM AN IMMIGRANT
I am an immigrant, consistent with the Canadian Maximum that we are all immigrants to this beautiful country with its diverse people divining the patterns like those of an Amerindian Blanket.

AFRICA
I come from a troubled continent, unfortunately known for its wars and famines. I grew up with the atrocities committed by Uganda’s Third President Idi Amin, with his extermination of 500,000 Christians. Uganda was followed by the Gukurahundi where the Zimbabwean National Army massacred the Ndebele from 1983 to 1987. The Isaaq genocide from 1987 to 1989 saw Somali Democratic Republic massacre Isaaq civilians. The world was shocked by the Rwandan Genocide, where Hutu directed by Michel Micombero’s, exterminated one million Tutsis. This was followed by Hutus refugees massacred the AFDL in revenge for the Rwandan genocide.

Genocide Watch is the coordinator of the international group known as Alliance Against Genocide. Genocide Watch’s 10 Stages of Genocide are the following:-
I. Classification - based upon identity or race, religion, nationality, or ideology.
II. Symbolization - through caricatures of classified undesirables.
III. Discrimination - by a dominant group using law, custom, and political power to deny the rights of classified undesirables.
IV. Dehumanization – by a dominant group to deny the humanity of the classified undesirables equating them with animals, vermin, insects or diseases.
V. Organization - Through Government and State and state support using groups and later the military, police and militias to intimidate and target classified undesirables.
VI. Polarization - of society by hate groups broadcasting polarization propaganda and using laws to limit movement, economic participation and silence opposing points of view.
VII. Preparation - using euphemisms to cloak their intentions, such as referring to their goals as “ethnic cleansing,” “purification,” or “counter-terrorism.”
VIII. Persecution - Victims are identified and separated out because of their national, ethnic, racial, religious identity or ideology. The victim group’s most basic human rights are systematically violated through extrajudicial killings, torture and forced displacement.
IX. Extermination - begins, and quickly becomes the mass killing legally called “genocide.”
X. Denial - is the final stage that lasts throughout and always follows genocide.

KENNKARTE
The Kennkarte was the basic identity document in use inside Germany (including occupied incorporated territories) during the Third Reich era. They were first introduced in July 1938. They were normally obtained through a police precinct and bore the stamps of the corresponding issuing office and official. Every male German citizen aged 18 and older, and every Jewish citizen (both male and female) was issued one and was expected to produce it when confronted by officials. Later these Kennkarte was used to identify and marginalise individuals based upon the information that was provided on the Kennkarte.

PASS LAWS
In South Africa, pass laws were a form of internal passport system designed to segregate the population, manage urbanization, and allocate migrant labour. Also known as the natives' law, pass laws severely limited the movements of not only black African citizens, but other people as well by requiring or designated areas. Before the 1950s, this legislation largely applied to African men, and attempts to apply it to women in the 1910s and 1950s were met with significant protests. Pass laws were one of the dominant features of the country's apartheid system until it was effectively ended in 1986. These passes were used to manipulate people’s economic movements, settlements, and labour, based upon the information that was provided on these passes.

PRINCIPLES
We stand on the precipice for the defence of principles that shaped the Free World. Principles are fundamental truths or propositions that serve as the foundation for a system of belief or behaviour or for a chain of reasoning. The propositions are founded on Natural law. Natural Law is a theory in ethics and philosophy that says that human beings possess intrinsic values that govern our reasoning and behaviour. Natural law maintains that these rules of right and wrong are inherent in people and are not created by society or court judges.

Town Hall meeting of Grey Bruce Health Services on 23 August 2021, regarding staff and mandatory vaccinations. The CEO was elegantly challenged by one of the Emergency Physicians on the Covid-19 statistics being used and misleading manner in which the information is being relayed. The CEO simply regurgitate the narrative being provided by the Provincial of Health Authorities, unable to provide non-existing internal hospital statistics.
