The climax to Mark’s gospel is the resurrection. With it, Yeshua is declared to be the Son of GOD with power, and the disciples go from acting like defeated followers to fiery witnesses for the LORD. The good news, the Gospel about Yeshua is that through the resurrection of Yeshua, sin was dealt with, death was defeated. It was this message that lay at the heart of the apostles preaching.
That all four gospels also agree that a group of women discovered the empty tomb is significant, for women were not generally treated as reliable witnesses in first-century Judaism. The gospels’ agreement, therefore, is strong evidence for the fact of the resurrection. If the disciples had invented this story, they are unlikely to have made women the primary witnesses to the empty tomb.
We do know they witnessed the arrival of the angel who rolled the stone away and were overwhelmed by terror, becoming like ‘dead men’. They certainly realized something extraordinary had occurred – enough to warrant a report to the Jewish authorities. However, despite the deep impression these events must have left on them, they allow themselves to be bribed into denying them.
The women did at one point proclaim their message to the disciples according to MAT 28 and LUK 24:8-9, And they remembered HIS words, and returned from the tomb and reported all these things to the eleven, and to all the rest.
It is surprising that a book that purports to be the “good news about Jesus Christ” should end portraying women stricken with fear. It is highly unusual to end a sentence or a statement with gar (for), as Vs 8 ends in the Greek text.
Evidence for including these verses is quite strong. When we look at the manuscripts of Mark’s Gospel that survive today, 99 percent contain MAR 16:9..

Notice contrast between the first Adam and the last! Adam was guilty, and yet tried to make excuses and shift blame. The second Adam Yeshua was guiltless, and yet made no defense at all.

The temple to which they were referring was incredible. In those days it was the largest in the world, It was far larger than any Greek temple. It was made of white stone and covered with gold in many places. It was said that it looked incredible shining on the hill in the morning sun.
It is like looking at two mountain peaks in the distance. And with that view we cannot tell how far apart those two mountains are, we simply see what lies ahead. But in this illustration, there is a great valley in between the mountains. So, this illustrates the first advent the second advent and in between, the valley is the Church-age.
Notice nations and kingdoms. The word for nation is ἔθνος ethnos it is where we get the word ethnic. So races against races is more accurate and then nations or kingdoms against kingdoms. One of Satan’s favorite tools is to divide and then, try to conquer.
It seems clear that Yeshua is saying to us seems to be saying: Instead of looking for signs of the end, get busy and spread the good news before the end!
The followers of Yeshua should expect the rejection by some people in the lives, even family members as well as friends. Resurrection Sunday instead of Easter. Yet, some of those same people still practice all the trappings of the pagan holiday easter while simply calling it Resurrection Sunday.Don’t get me wrong many are quite sincere in their Christianity in their walk with Yeshua. However, they need to re-examine that walk, as we all should do.

In order to justify such pagan stupidity, some said well it represents the story of the resurrection, in which the empty tomb was discovered by women. HUH?

Yeshua had explained to HIS disciples that HIS parables were to reveal the secrets of the kingdom to them and to conceal that message from those who, because of their hard hearts (the religious leaders), were rejecting the message. Yeshua now tells a parable that reveals the truth to those religious leaders, one that they would fully understand. And it is this parable that further provokes them to plot against HIS death.
Yeshua refers to Isaiah’s parable as the LORD continues the warning to HIS people who are rejecting their Messiah. Because of the nation’s injustice and unrighteousness, GOD will remove HIS wall of protection and will allow her enemies to conquer.
The point is no longer the unfruitfulness of the vineyard but the unfaithfulness of its caretakers. The servants are the many prophets whom GOD has sent through the centuries to call Israel’s leaders to repentance, obedience and justice. The beloved son and heir is of course Yeshua HIM self. So, In this way, the whole history of Israel, climaxing in the coming of Yeshua, is played out in miniature. The rejection of the prophets culminates in the rejection of the Son.

After King David died, the nation divided. The Syrians came, the Egyptians overran them, Alexander the Great marched and the Greeks took over, and finally the Romans came.The Jewish people lived for the day when they would have their own land to themselves again.For the most part, the crowd that day was made up of people who were fed up with the Roman occupation of their land.
They thought Yeshua would become a military leader who would rally the people to fight the Romans and set them free, it was a uprising that the people wanted. They would get it, but not the way they wanted.So, the people are excited, but the LORD is crying. Yeshua looks at that crowd who think it is a day of uprising against the Romans.
That is the tragedy of Palm Sunday. They missed the animal on which HE rode, and that is the key to it all. If you are coming as a military leader you come on a horse, or even with a chariot as Jehu did, or as Simon Maccabeus did, but Yeshua came on an donkey and it is the one animal you do not use in battle.
Imagine the scene. You come down from the Mount of Olives, past the Garden of Gethsemane towards the magnificent Golden Gate (eastern gate) which, by the way, has been bricked up ever since; it is the only gate of Jerusalem that you cannot go through now.

The setting in Jericho reminds us that Yeshua is approaching Jerusalem.

Marriage from its very nature is important to be understood as the Divine institution it is.Marriage, then Family which can ONLY occur with a man and a woman, anything else is blasphemous and evil. The Pharisees were not honestly seeking information from Yeshua about divorce. They were testing HIM, trying to catch him in some statement about a subject on which they themselves had no agreement and then use it against HIM.
The text from Deuteronomy does not explicitly set out grounds for divorce, Moses recognizes the reality of divorce, that it happens, and so he stipulates that a man who divorces his wife may not remarry her after she remarries. The primary purpose of the command was to protect the wife from arbitrary divorce. A man could not divorce his wife and then accuse her of adultery or claim her back after she remarried. Nor could he remarry her for financial gain if her new husband died.

The first incident we see in this section of text took place in Gennesaret, and the trouble was centered around a question of Jewish ritual. A question or event centered on the traditions of man. And that is the overall theme of this section of the text. In this incident, which is concerned with not whether you should wash your hands before a meal, but how to wash the hands.
