The original Temptations version of "Get Ready", produced by Smokey Robinson, was designed as an answer to the latest dance craze, "The Duck". The Temptations' falsetto Eddie Kendricks sings lead on the song, which Robinson produced as an up-tempo dance number with a prominent rhythm provided by Motown drummer Benny Benjamin. The song made it to No. 1 on the U.S. R&B singles chart, while peaking at No. 29 on the pop charts.
"Get Ready" is a Motown song written by Smokey Robinson, which resulted in two hit records for the label: a U.S. No. 29 version by The Temptations in 1966, and a U.S. No. 4 version by Rare Earth in 1970. Minnesota Representative Tom Emmer proposed a ban on central bank digital currencies this week. The bill that would halt the federal government from issuing a central bank digital currency.
It is called the CBDC Anti-Surveillance Act. The bill says that crypto currency should not be owned by governments. This distinction is missed by most people and it is an important one. CBDCs are NOT cryptocurrencies.
By definition, cryptocurrencies must be deregulated, untraceable and outside of government control. CBDCs are the opposite of that. They are issued, monitored and regulated by federal governments. A CBDC is a scary concept in the hands of the government.
Not only would this increase the cost to bank because it would get rid of interest-bearing accounts, it would also give the government the ability to enact policy through your money and act as the bank.

He joins Stew today to discuss the FBI raids on the homes of James O'Keefe and other associates who obtained and published the very real diary.
The 2019 diary of President Joe Biden’s daughter, 39-year-old Ashley Blazer Biden, was obtained via a Project Veritas whistleblower and published by National File mere weeks before the 2020 presidential election, and has finally been confirmed by the FBI as being legitimately authentic.
This was largely ignored by mainstream press, of course, they willingly scrambled to cover up Hunter’s indiscretions and Ashley’s diary garnered the same courtesy.
In her diary, Ashley details past sexual trauma and was sure she was molested by her father, who she wrote took showers with her when she was a young child, which she said was “probably not appropriate.”
“Was I molested. I think so – I can’t remember specifics but I do remember trauma,” then stating that there were several incidents, including one involving her cousin Caroline and that she remembers being “hypersexualized” at a young age.
Ashley said she resented her father for his emotional manipulation, his money and the control he has over her life. Her struggle with drug abuse and sex addiction landed her in rehabilitation treatment centers and she admitted her marriage crumbled due to extramarital affairs.
The diary and its disturbing contents offer a less than rosy picture of what life inside the Biden family looks like, and had this information been given the appropriate air time it deserved, it would have absolutely destroyed Biden’s presidential campaign.
