Just slapped this together while I'm procrastinating and enjoying my summer months as much as possible (I'm working on my algorithm - crazy 8s!)

I made this last year but its so relevant right now. In our culture there is a push to reinforce victim mentality and learned helplessness. People jump on information and are to quick to judge. They often lack the patience to do deeper research and field work, and the anti intellectual sentiment is a defense mechanism for this lack. Watch out for the virtue signalling and "surface over substance" that is the new normal on social media. And above all else I have learned the hard way to avoid helping people who do not want to help themselves. Don't confuse this with "victim blaming". Personal responsibility is the ability to respond....able-bodied adults have more personal responsibility than babies! My own tedious experience with these life lessons has led me to be more STOIC, and has resulted in amazing healing.

Also, the lockdown only temporarily served the downtrodden with stimulus money, but it served the wealthy money grabbers in the long term. Many people didn't get enough help at all during this crisis and their economic prospects are now dismal. Small businesses are going under and Amazon is booming. Its a bait and switch and the middle class and poor are going to endure the damage for years to come.

As we evolve perhaps the density of the physical world will become lighter. And I want to emphasize that the energy body and the physical body are ONE. However, clearly the material physical body (shell) doesn't always reflect the quality of the mind, or people with super healthy beautiful bodies would all be as mentally strong, and vice versa.
