Hi everyone. In This Video We Will Be Summarizing the Readings for This Sunday's Mass. First, We Will Look at The First Reading from The Book of Deuteronomy.
In It, Moses Encourages the People to Remember That the Lord Chose Them Out of All the Nations to Be a Special People. This Choice Is Not Based on Their Size or Strength, But on His Love and His Commitment to Keep His Promises Made to Their Ancestors. Moses Also Warns Them to Obey the Commandments, Statutes, And Decrees God Has Given Them. The Responsorial Psalm Reminds Us That the Lord's Kindness and Love Is Everlasting for Those Who Love and Serve Him.
He Pardons Their Iniquities and Redeems Them from Destruction. The Second Reading from The First Letter of John Reminds Us of God's Love for Us. His Love Was Revealed to Us When He Sent His Only Son into The World So That We May Have Life.
This Same Love Requires Us to Love One Another. God Remains in Us and His Love Is Made Perfect If We Love One Another. Finally, The Gospel Reading from Matthew Tells Us to Come to Jesus, Who Is Meek and Humble of Heart, To Find Rest for Our Weary Souls.

Today Our Topic of Conversation Is Love - A Divine Name. We Can Find Love in All Forms - Filial Love, Agape Love, And Unconditional Love - But Many of Us Often Feel Uncomfortable Expressing It.
This Is Why I'd Like to Tell You a Story. It Was April and I Was Visiting the Maha Master Lama Bo-Yang, Who Was Celebrating Her 116th Birthday. During This Visit, I Expressed My Dedication to Practicing Qigong by Expressing That I Had Been Doing It for Six Years and About an Hour or Two a Day. In Response, He Told Me That I Must Continue to Practice It Until I Am Comfortable with The Peace Within Me.
The Master Went on To Explain That Self-Realization Is Recognizing and Being Aware of The Presence of God Within Us and That God-Realization Is When We Learn to Love God's Creation. He Then Shared Advice on How to Do This, By First Loving Ourselves. He Said That Only When We Take Time to Cultivate Peace Through Tai Chi Gong, And Through the Daily Practice Of 6-12 Exercises For 20-40 Minutes, Can We Open Ourselves Up to God's Love. This Love Should Then Spill Over into All That We Encounter.
We Must Remember That Love Is a Divine Name and It Takes Patience and Practice to Cultivate It. Only Then Can We Start to Fall in Love with God's Creation and Share This Love with Those Around Us.

Today, We're Discussing How to Handle People with Toxic Personalities or Dark Sides. Simply Put, We Recommend That You Detach from Them and Don't Hang Out with Them. The Issue Arises When These Toxic People Are Connected to You by Blood, Work or Other Relationships.
The Best Way to Fight Off Toxic Issues from Outsiders Is to Strengthen Yourself with The Holy Spirit and Do a Periodic Check-In of Yourself. Utilize The Three Columns Of "What I'm Qualified to Do" "What I Want to Do" And "What I Don't Want to Do" As A Way to Assess How You're Interacting with Others. Don't Succumb to The Idea That Soft Love Is the Only Way - Tough Love Is Sometimes Necessary.
And Be Careful of People's Warnings - Often Times They're Coming from Their Own Ego and Not from God. As You Become More Familiar with The Holy Spirit, It Will Become Easier to Detect Those People and Environments That Don't Match Your Own Peace. Don't Be Afraid to Stand Up for Yourself, Even If It Requires a Confrontation. We Suggest That You Look in The Mirror and Make Sure You're Not Mistreating People - And If You Are, Let the Holy Spirit Guide You in The Right Direction.

This Passage Then Concludes by Affirming That This Bread Is Not the Same as The Bread Our Ancestors Ate, As Only by Eating the Bread from Jesus Can We Truly Have Eternal Life.
