The narcissist will always bring up any and everything you ever did wrong in the past if you ever dare to step away from the cycle of abuse or step toward healing. This happens to a lot of people when they seek spiritual healing and forgiveness, but it happens to non-religious and non-spiritual people, as well. The narcissist tries to make you feel like you don't deserve to heal and/or you DO deserve to stay and take their mistreatment of you. This is false. You deserve love, respect, and common decency, even if you've done something wrong in the past.

Narcissistic individuals are all about trolling you to destroy your self-esteem or steal the little bit that you might have. That's why it's important not to look to other people to validate you or define your self-worth. Many codependent people have this problem because they never received a healthy sense of self-esteem. Many of these individuals, including myself, got involved with narcissists in adulthood because of it. This video is directed at those who are recovering from codependency and narcissistic abuse. Only you and your Maker (if you believe in such an entity) can define your self-esteem and self-worth. Narcissists will only try to annihilate it.

Triangulation is a manipulation tactic narcissists use to trauma bond targets and then set them up to be side chicks or side dudes after the discard. It's all calculated and intentional abuse. Run.

A narcissist can only feign love but can never give love. This person will smile and tell you lies while trying to destroy you from the inside out. Trust and believe that the narcissist hates you, no matter what he/she says to you. The proof is in the actions and never in the words.
