HAARP, located in rural Alaska, is a government-created transmitter array that has the power to harness Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) waves to manipulate the weather, alter the electromagnetic makeup of the atmosphere, and even to control minds and cause pain.

In 1993, The US Air Force began construction on a $290 million project that would enable the government’s foremost atmospheric researchers to study the ionosphere — the top layer of the Earth’s atmosphere. The research center, now run by the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, is called the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, or HAARP, and is located in the frozen wilderness of Gakona, Alaska.

Situated in the remote wilderness of an already low-population state — purportedly to promote secrecy — HAARP features 360 radio transmitters, 180 antennas, and 5 powerful generators that create geometric patterns in every direction when turned on. The antennas, each a foot thick and stretching 72 feet into the sky, continue to raise eyebrows.

Shortly after the facility opened, the public began reporting strange phenomena — not only in the region, but around the world. Activists challenged HAARP’s activities, vocally questioning what the organization was really up to. While the government continues to deny any connection with changes in weather, frequencies of earthquakes, and chemtrails in the skies, it has made deliberate efforts to quell suspicions about the nature of its operations. Yet these are not nearly enough to quiet HAARP’s notable detractors, including former Venezuelan President, Hugo Chavez and former Minnesota Governor, Jesse Ventura.

One of the most popular and far-reaching accusations against HAARP is that the organization deliberately creates destruction on a global scale, causing earthquakes, cyclones, flooding, snowstorms, and other disasters, around the world.

Why can't the anti-vaccine (aka "vaccine safety" or "informed consent") movement win with its evidence?

Because vaccination isn't a science. Vaccination is a ritual, and ritual trumps data, facts and evidence.

What ritual does the anti-vaccine movement offer in place of vaccination?

There is something to the power of cultural narratives. Any cultural anthropologist will tell you that.

Vaccination is nothing if not a ritual. It is a religious, ritualized act. A ceremony. You go to someone with a white coat, who you trust implicitly, who is smarter than you, who has had more training than you. They gain your trust by telling you it’s going to hurt a little bit, and then the hurt is going to be over.

Of course, they’re talking about a simple prick of the skin, not vaccine injury. They’re just priests. They’re not students of what the ingredients are doing to your body, or they wouldn’t be doing it. They are hallowed for enacting this ritual.

It is very significant to go to a place where you have no control, to give yourself up to authority, to let them do a ritual in which you are a participant. It makes you feel like you are part of something. You will become a member of a society that accepts a tribal ritual.

We don’t have anything like that. We can’t compete.

People who are asking for logic in medicine are missing the fundamental aspect of medicine: it is a religious ritualistic practice.

In this presentation, Dr. Genevieve Briand, the assistant program director of the Applied Economics master’s degree program at Johns Hopkins University, critically analyzed the impact that COVID-19 had on U.S. deaths. Dr. Genevieve went over where the data could be accessed and downloaded. Together with her, event attendees were invited to think critically about the data presented. This webinar looked at very simple statistics; nonetheless, it shed light on the COVID-19 situation. According to her, the impact of COVID-19 on deaths in the United States can be fully understood by comparing it to the number of total deaths in the country.

Surprisingly, the deaths of older people stayed the same before and after COVID-19. Since COVID-19 mainly affects the elderly, experts expected an increase in the percentage of deaths in older age groups. However, this increase is not seen from the CDC data. In fact, the percentages of deaths among all age groups remain relatively the same.

When Briand looked at the 2020 data during that seasonal period, COVID-19-related deaths exceeded deaths from heart diseases. This was highly unusual since heart disease has always prevailed as the leading cause of deaths. However, when taking a closer look at the death numbers, she noted something strange. As Briand compared the number of deaths per cause during that period in 2020 to 2018, she noticed that instead of the expected drastic increase across all causes, there was a significant decrease in deaths due to heart disease. Even more surprising, as seen in the graph below, this sudden decline in deaths is observed for all other causes.

The Gateway Pundit reported back in August 2020 that the CDC had silently updated their numbers that week to show that only 6% of all the 153,504 deaths previously recorded actually died from COVID-19; that's only 9,210 deaths. Johns Hopkins University keeps a tracker of COVID-19 cases around the world and the US. This site is used to scare people into staying in their homes and shut off from the real world. So when a study from Johns Hopkins comes out, showing no increase in deaths in 2020 related to prior years, the study had to be taken down. Because the authorities in the US and across the world use various standards in determining if a death should be considered a coronavirus death, these numbers could not be trusted, even in the US. Therefore the only measurement we can use to really see the impact of COVID is overall deaths. This is because we really have no faith in what deaths are classified as COVID due to issues with the classification process. So by looking at overall deaths we see that overall deaths are not any higher than prior years.

The film title references Uncle Tom, the title character of Harriet Beecher Stowe's 1852 novel Uncle Tom's Cabin, which today is used as a derogatory term for black people, as demonstrated in the documentary by how black conservatives experience being called terms like "race traitor", "house negro", sellout, "boot licker", coon, "Uncle Ruckus", and "Uncle Tom" by political adversaries.

In the documentary, Larry Elder describes "Uncle Tom" as:
