Peaceful forest walk with melting snow and cracking sounds.

I walked at sunset but, unfortunately, the sun was covered by thick clouds. It was one of those dark and cold winter days in January.

The air was cold but refreshing, just perfect for nourishing one's body and soul during a short walk A few birds here and there are waking up from their winter sleep to tell us about the coming spring season.

For me this was a short walking meditation while listening to the sounds of nature ... also hoping to see some wildlife :)

Enjoy!

For this easy vegetarian dinner we have:
- canned beans with boiled mushrooms and onions, seasoned with Arrabbiata sauce
- tomato, onion, bell pepper
- cucumber, radish
- chili peppers
- cheddar cheese
- sourdough rye bread
- grass-fed butter

Do the best that you can, eat healthy, eat slow, and enjoy your health!

How many of us these days are able to listen to the silence around us?

I believe that we must realize (if not already) that, in this busy society, we tend to be drawn into a continuous loop of mental activity. Long story short, we simply cannot stay in silence anymore. This in turn leads to unhappiness and dis-ease.

We like putting together simple and delicious vegetarian meals, like this one.
For this easy homemade dinner we have:
- potato salad made using boiled sweet potatoes, white potatoes, carrots and white onion, seasoned with garlic, butter, salt and spices
- raw salad made using tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, onion and feta cheese
- more feta cheese, with mixed olives and pickled cucumbers on the side
- we also have freshly baked sourdough rye bread

This vegetarian meal was super easy to make and, of course, delicious and packed with real nutrients.

Here's what we have:
- boiled spinach with onion and salt (that's it!)
- Arrabbiata sauce
- small plate with bell pepper, avocado, olives and green pepperoni
- aged cheddar from England
- Greek yogurt
- crème fraîche (original from France)
- a bit of sourdough rye bread

We enjoyed this meal very much and we hope that you'll be inspired to give it a try!

We like putting together simple and delicious meals, mostly plant-based, like this one for instance.

Here's what this meal is all about:
- boiled broccoli with salt
- salad made using boiled broccoli, leek, cucumber, tomato, feta cheese and extra virgin olive oil
- Chaumes cheese (soft cheese, from France)
- mixed olives (green and kalamata, with herbs)
- organic pastured butter
- sourdough rye bread (with carrots)

Most of the ingredients that we used are organically grown, but this is not a must of course.

Do the best that you can in the moment, serve this as a Swedish buffet and enjoy your health!

Here are a few simple principles to follow for eating in a healthy way, but still be able to enjoy delicious food.
You see ... When it comes to food, paying more for it or going to a fancy restaurant doesn't necessarily mean that you're getting better food.
The food may taste "better" compared to what you're eating at home but, don't forget that taste is a very subjective way of seeing the world. Tastes can easily be tricked with additives and they also change over time. That's something that we should all reflect upon.
If you want to stay fit, strong, healthy and happy, you need to put nourishing food into your system. Follow the rules found in this video and you will feel amazing, plus the food that you'll be eating will taste delicious!

Try and find nature as much as possible in everyday life.
Why you should find nature? Because nature can be a portal for allowing the healing to happen.
My advice is to connect with nature, calm your mind down and allow for the healing to happen in both mind and body.
Just to be sure that I explain it right, let me say it another way: Nature will not heal you by magic, but your mind and body will relax in a way that will allow for the healing to happen more rapidly.

We are told to stay in our small rooms, to work in cubicles, to be afraid of each other and to avoid nature.
Ask yourself what the child within you would do? I bet that child is NOT afraid of anything.
