He speaks about the influence China has had over the US government for several decades before President Trump took office and reveals they've had influence over US officials in high positions. He indicates that they are now happy as they believe Joe Biden will take office in January 2021. The political establishment returning to power would mean that things will be business as usual and China can resume their infiltration and manipulation of the US going forward.
